I had an unfortunate occurrence with my fairly new 2023 Rheem a leaking gasket but Pv Plumbing gave a great quote to replace this with a new one and I was happy to learn that this Rheem will now be installed by their certified plumbing company! I didn't even know! So I'm not happy about my unexpected expense (side-eye to Rheem) but I think I received a great price from PV to get a new one installed. I TRULY cannot recommend PV plumbing enough!! AIDAN AND CARTER ARE JUST SO AMAZING!! save yourself the aggravation and just call PV plumbing (the company that installed my previous heater just back in April of 2023 may have been the reason my heater failed) he used the same old parts but NOT PV plumbing! This company has exceeded my expectations on timing, professionalism, esthetics of the company, sales and excellent plumbers! I just called yesterday and I'm already fixed first thing in the am! I was blown away how easy it was to find help on yelp. I was very grateful for the amount of calls and text messages I had received from businesses on yelp. I chose PV Plumbing because they called me asap and were asking for pictures and a thorough description of the problem. They quickly came back with a very reasonable quote, I agreed and set up a same day appointment! Aiden with PV Plumbing came in fast and furious! He quickly assess the situation and gave me a breakdown of what needed to happen. He was very professional and completed the job with 100% accuracy. Turns out my water heater was 12 years old (I had just purchased my house). He recommended I replace it, but was never pushy. He gave me different brand options based on my financial situation. He also repaired my toilet that wasn't properly bolted to the floor. It turned out to be a more extensive repair than I had previously thought. He took his time, explained what he was doing and why he needed to do it. He was on time, kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost (plumbers can be expensive!) but I felt the service and time he spend was fairly priced! I will only be using Water Heaters and More from now on!
