I Googled : Water Store, Redlands area! Several came up.THIS STORE IS EVERYTHING AND MORE. Glad I read the reviews and went there. I called a different store first where the lady was rude when she answered the phone, like I was bothering her. She answered it hello instead of the business name and I heard a tv in the background. When I read the reviews posted for THE WATER CONNECTION it sounded like just what I was looking for. One review mentioned the friendly guy, possibly the owner that works there being so friendly and helpful. That was exactly what I experienced. He filled all the bottles, put lids on bottles that had missing lids for me, carried them out to my truck for me. I sure appreciate a business who treats their customers this way. It used to be a great place to get water but the new owners have no consideration for customers. They leave for an hour lunch and don't put any return time on the sign on the door so we know if we should wait. The ols owner was terrific, the lady that is there is rude. We have bought water there for years and now we are told they will not serve me when I suggeated putting a return time on the sign on the door. I waited for over half an hour of my lunch time and was told not to come into her store and tell her what to do. If not for the customers you wouldn't have a business and I felt like I as a customer didn't matter. No work ethuc in people anymore. To me, be right back is a bathroom break, not a lunch hour whenever she thinks things are slow enough. I watched other people come up and leave. I don't see people putting up with this. She refused to give me water since I suggested she put a time if return and gave me money back that was on the books. Didn't even try to make anything right for the wait. If I could put no star I would, never again. read more

So many nice things to say. Very friendly as soon as you walk in. Offers a membership program which gives a GREAT price on refilling. Washed off my bottles, filled them for me, then took it all out and loaded in my car. On top of that, I left the store and forgot a bottle (small travel bottle) I had paid for. I called just after closing and he politely offered to stay open until I returned. When I got there he was waiting with my bottle, and he even filled it up for my kids to drink in the car. I visited the Water Connection on a recent trip out to California and wandered into the store. I didn't know what to expect, except that the owner, Jag, was very kind and helpful. He was helpful at explaining how the alkaline water works, was very social with me and very friendly. I came across this place because I was tired of buying gallons of water from the store and absolutely did not want to pay for ridiculous prices that water companies charge. Turns out, it was the best decision! The owner, Jag, is really friendly, knowledgeable of his business, and very proud to show of his award from yelp (he's really stoked).
