I was unimpressed with The follow up at the San Bernardino location. Michael came to my house as the technician and did a good job. But I had follow up questions and never heard back from him until I called 4 times over a period of a week and half. Then I called the office and worked with Kyle. Also unimpressed with follow up. It's been two weeks I haven't heard back from him. He was looking for a technician. Finally I called and he referred me to Secard. I guess they can't take care of new clients.
