The Poland Springs water by Nestle is good and I was reluctant to drop them for that reason, but enough is enough. How much lousy service can we put up with until it's time to say goodbye. BTW, Ready Refresh happily held the door on our way out instead of asking what they could do to keep our account! Look, we all make mistakes from time to time, so that's no problem, and we don't mind if Ready Refresh makes an occasional error, it's just that they got to the point in which they didn't care about their mistakes. They'd deliver the wrong order and then I'd spend weeks trying to straighten it out. The Ready Refresh driver absolutely refused to ring our buzzer or knock on the door, and instead left the delivery in the hallway, which meant we didn't have a chance to notify the driver that the order was wrong. The list goes on and on. My point is, we didn't want to switch but our hand was forced, and so far, so very, very good! Manhattan Water Company did EXACTLY what they said they would. Delivered the right amount of bottles on the right day in the right way. Their policies are extremely clear and we know where we stand. If we change our order less than 24-hours prior to a delivery or refuse a delivery, we're going to get charged a fee. Very fair! As long as we both play by the rules I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Oh, and most important: The water (which comes from the Catskills) tastes great! I was worried it wouldn't compare to Poland Springs but it does indeed taste as good. If that didn't work, none of the rest mattered. So we're happy and hoping to spend the next 10 to 20 years with MWC!

I purchased a newly constructed home from Hollywood Homebuilders that unfortunately used this…read morebusiness to install its heating and air conditioning system in the homes they built. Since moving into the home last October, the system has been nothing but problems. Within the first months the heating system failed twice. Once from bad wiring to the thermostat and once from a bad technician failing to properly close and secure door to the control panels which required another service call. The short Mexican tech who showed on the first call was the same one for the second service call. When he found he left the door open and caused the failure, he actually said I did it and no one was up there since he left from the previous call to fix their bad wiring. Don't leave your silver out around this guy!!! The owner of this company is rude, arrogant, and an a55hole. When you call he acts like he's doing you a favor to fix his shoddy work and his incompetent employees who don't know how to tell the truth when caught lying when they caused problem in the first place!!! I just called last week during heat wave to report, once again, our AC was out. The owner actually grilled me on the phone demanding to know why I didn't call sooner since I told him it was out for a week. I actually had to explain to the owner of Air Clown we were on vacation and he then demanded to know where. He's that big of a d1ck!!! If bet if I had had told him I had sex on vacation he's demand to smell my cock too this guy was such as ass. The owner of Air Clown then hung up on me saying he'd "get back to me" and never bothered to ask for my name or number and this ass clown Is the one who has the warranty contract and I'm stuck with him!!! I ended up calling the manufacturer of the AC units and the service tech over the phone was able to diagnose the issue and I was able to fix it myself. The Air Clown company failed to wire the downstairs thermostat properly and left one wire loose and another damaged from their shoddy work just like they did previously on the first service call for no heat. The Honeywell tech had me check the wires on the thermostats with my multimeter and one wire was found to be bad. The wire was damaged during Air Clown's install of it and they had to use a backup wire to fix the issue. All of my issues with my system were a direct result of Air Clown's shoddy work and inability to install basic equipment without damaging it. AVOID THESE CLOWNS AT ALL COSTS!!!

He tech was really nice and took time to explain what was wrong with my unit. Fixed the same day and the bill was reasonable. Mike called to follow up with me and in talking he mentioned that he offers yearly maintenance agreements. I signed up and am glad I did. Air King (owner & his technicians) treats their client very well. Took the time to explain everything and the pricing is reasonable. Fast response times.

Of course it (ALL) came out thru the basement toilet on a Sunday! Oh yes, this was also the weekend it was 7 frickin degrees. American Sewer was recommended by my Septic pumper, I got fantastic service! The Technician Tom went the extra mile. 50' of snaking didn't do it (but definitely was needed). Then he pulled the lid to the actual tank and found the wad of towels at the inlet that he pulled out with the crowbar. Cleaned up everything he should have, was very polite and explained everything which was very helpful. He could have told me I had a septic problem and I would have believed him. Two hours of hard, emergency , dirty work for $325 on a Sunday, I felt very good about the value, this was truly a major problem. Tom showed up right when the owner said he would which was about 50 minutes after I called, then he called 2 hrs later to be sure we were happy.
