So far so good!!! The plumbers showed up to repair a boiler in an emergency ON CHRISTMAS DAY!!! They showed up within 20 minites of the earliest window and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes!!! If all goes well-heat will be on in our building for a warm and fuzzy Christmas!!!! Will expand on this review as we proceed with the repair! I had a very bad experience with them. My wife called them to remove our drain from the tub, something very simple for a plumber. They told us on the phone that its $85 for the call and if additional services needed, the guy would tell us in advance. The guy came and it took him about 15 minutes of work to complete the job. Only then, I was told that the job would cost $320!!! I later found out that this did not even include taxes and they actually billed us $348!! That was after he completed the job and not before like I was told. Needless to say, my wife and I felt completely manipulated by these people. Quite a trick they have. I would have never agree to pay that much if I knew at the beginning that this would be the cost. I had a guy that was willing to do the job for a $100, flat. I should have gone with him.
