The fact he is constantly moving around Daytona Beach from location to location speaks volumes about him being a fly-by-night operation. I have been a loyal customer of Diego's for many years but I will not return to this business again for my detailing needs, nor do I recommend anyone reading this to patronize this business for any reason. I have had many motorcycles detailed by Diego and did recently in which I had to take the time to bring it back where the staff member Frank whom did the detail did a lousy job. Proof of this is their turn-around times for detail jobs are half what they use to be when it was just the owner doing them all. Their website says they have a 100% guarantee but what they don't realize is you shouldn't have to come back and that it's humiliating as hell to have to return due to a second-rate detailing job that which you are paying hundreds of dollars for. The problem seems to be Diego has no quality control in closely checking the jobs he's hired to do, either that or his prior standards have slipped and is more concerned about quantity than quality. I have a Jag XK that had a cooling problem. I was referred to to these people. I made an appointment, showed up and dropped off the car. Within hours I received a diagnosis and a quote. I agreed to the work and by my surprise the car was finished the next day. When I showed up to pick up the car it had been washed, cleaned and was waiting in perfect condition.
