It's been a couple months after the full detail and they always return for maintenance washes as I requested. They can never disappoint and I don't have to lift a finger. I've been a LUV customer on and off for several years and frequently travel up and down I-95,…read morevisiting multiple LUV locations. Unfortunately, this particular location seems to have the oldest and least-maintained equipment. One of the vehicles I used as part of my membership is a pristine 2004 Porsche Cayenne Turbo. During a wash, the top brush bristles actually pulled off a trim piece from my vehicle. Accidents can happen--but instead of taking responsibility, LUV denied my damage claim, stating that my vehicle was "too old." To make matters worse, when I canceled my membership auto renewal, they refused to refund my payment, claiming I was two days late--even though I had been a loyal, long-term customer. Since then, I've learned that LUV sometimes disengages the top drum brushes because of the damage they cause, which only confirms that this is a known issue. LUV needs to repair or replace this equipment and take accountability for customer damages. I'm certain I'm not the only customer who has experienced problems like this. Hopefully, this review encourages LUV to improve their service--or at least warns others to be cautious before trusting their vehicles here.

I received a recommendation on my 4 tires needing to be changed; tread was worn, advised it could be dangerous when the roads are wet. First quote was about $1100, I declined because I wasn't expecting it. Shortly after the man that checked me in said he could add a discount if cost was an issue brought it down to $953 tax included. I did schedule that service out 2 weeks. Nonetheless insie was clean, spacious, there wasn't a list of "to do's" like the dealerships hound you for. It also didn't take super long like the dealership does even with an appointment. Kind, friendly service, no pressure buying.
