I understand that no service is always going to be absolutely perfect, but for the amount I paid, I expected the Brazilian wax to actually be completed and checked thoroughly before I left. I also have an upcoming trip and do not have the time to make another trip back to the location just to have a service corrected that should have been done properly the first time. What made the experience even more disappointing was that I contacted the location afterward to explain what happened and give them the opportunity to make it right, and I felt that nothing was offered to resolve the situation. I wasn't expecting anything unreasonable-- even a partial refund, credit, or some acknowledgment of the incomplete service would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, after both the quality of the wax and the way my concern was handled afterward, I don't feel confident returning.

The most AMAZING place in the world!! I see Mal for my facials & lash lifts. She is seriously an ANGEL & I am so grateful for her. I started having terrible hormonal acne out of nowhere, so I started going to Mal for my facials. She completely cleared my acne within a few months. Also the products she uses/sells are the absolute best! I went to Lillian for the first time today to get a Brazilian wax. Super professional- won't charge you any BS fee if you're legit in an accident or are sick and will even offer you a different date and time you're able to go. Super friendly- she is extremely body positive and makes you feel like you're right at home. I am a chunkier girl and she makes me feel great and not nervous at all. Also, usually it's normal for them to apply the aloe gel to just the eyebrows, but her sister surprised me and applied it to my whole face like down the cheek area and forehead really hard and somewhat massaged me and slapped me playfully like she thought it was nice for her to do that? i felt really uncomfortable, weirded out, and kind of icky that someone touched and applied the gel to my whole sensitive face rather than just applying it to my eyebrows.. i hope she gets trained better, because I will not take that $2 eyebrow threading promotion deal ever again!!!
