After waiting another 15 minutes, the water was cold, and at 2:30, a half hour after my appointment, I put my shoes back on and told them I was leaving because I needed to catch a flight. Amy - like everyone else in the area - was completely booked up on the Friday/Saturday that I was hunting for. But after she could tell I was desperate, she STAYED LATE on Saturday to squeeze me in. And it was seriously awesome. Fantastic, relaxing, thorough massage. Now we communicate about appointments via text. She contributes to the pittie rescues in the area. She lets me know when she has an opening on the weekends (to support my work schedule). She asks about my pets. She laughs at my jokes. She offers me protein shakes or water when the massage is over. She warns me before she puts on the hot stones (even though I wish she didn't, the shock is awesome). She uses Square for CC payments, which is convenient as all get out. Oh yah, she gives rockstar massages, too. I always feel like a million (super relaxed, worthless for a couple of hours) bucks after leaving her office. If you're after deep tissue, this isn't the place...but if you need an excellent massage that will leave you dozing off occasionally, you must go see Amy. I'm writing this review to be sure I remember not to return. This is a large shop with approximately 18 pedi chairs and around a dozen or so manicure chairs. I should have known this was not a good place when I walked in on a Saturday morning and they were able to take me right away because there were only two other parties in the place, and there were 5 or so nail technicians sitting in pedicure chairs in the back, talking. I was seated and the nail technician began my pedicure right away. She seemed like she was in a rush and cut the skin on my toes too short, to the point of pain in several places. The scariest part was the really old, dirty nail brush she used on my feet, bristles splayed and all. Honestly, with the combination of these two things, I will consider myself lucky if I don't end up with a resulting medical problem. Needless to say, this was not a relaxing experience. To make matters worse, the nail techs in the back continued to carry on loudly the entire time I was there, with the nail technician doing my pedicure loudly chiming in over her shoulder from time to time. They do not apparently have a dryer, so while waiting for my nails to dry, I continued to listen to the loud carrying on the entire time. Then one more time, while paying for the pedicure, the nail tech shouted beyond me, to the nail techs in the back. Painful pedicure, dirty nail brush, terrible service. Disappointing. I won't be back.

In a basement with very low-lighting and little windows. Went in for a couples massage and we had to go one after the other. They said because they didn't have two masseuses the price would be discounted but we ended up paying more than the listed price on the door. The massage experiences was terrible as well. The lady walked in on me while changing and didn't leave the room and watched me change. I got on the bed with a towel and underwear on and she ripped the towel and underwear off of my body. She never asked before hand if I was comfortable with this and I was extremely nervous. The masseuse got ON TOP of the bed with me and straddled my naked body with her legs and i was very uncomfortable. I was never asked for a massage preference and it was very rough and unpleasant. When leaving a tip for the receipt the lady was very weird about me signing it. I attempted to pick the receipt up to look at it and she kept her hand pressed on it so she could watch me write the number for a tip. I tipped very well. As soon as I was done she took the paper and examined it and looked at me like I had not tipped enough. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
