Do not go here!!! (Scroll through the pictures, I uploaded! I am not exaggerating) I went for an IPL treatment and left with burns on my face that blistered the next day! Save your money and go somewhere with trained and medically supervised staff. Update- they called me after my yelp review and asked me to come see their doctor. She is not a dermatologist but is a pediatrician licensed in Canada. I've uploaded pics of her certificates. She claimed my results were "ideal" and what she wants to see. When I told her that I had blistering on my chin with liquid that was coming out she said that she "didn't see evidence of this." Basically calling me a liar. They took no accountability for what they did to my face and claimed that everything looked normal. A good deal is not worth looking like this. Lesson learned. STAY AWAY My dermatologist was appalled and said that this is NOT normal for IPL! read more

I didn't want it to end. I seriously think Mai Williams has a gift, she's the most talented esthetician I have seen. She is amazing!! Tranquil Waters is a hidden gem! Jess is by far the best massage therapist I've been to for both a relaxing massage or prenatal massage! My husband has shoulder and back pain and sees her for deep tissue massages which she is equally as great at. She genuinely cares about giving you the best experience possible. I purchased a package of IPL's and the results are FANTASTIC! My sun damage reduced significantly even after 1 treatment. The technician walked me through the whole process of what it was going to feel like explained to me what might happen with my spots turning darker before they got lighter and how they would scab up. Craig/Chris (you can barely understand him)? The "Manager" was extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone to my wife and myself. I purchased $100 worth of services for my wife's birthday on June 5th 2018. The spa is apparently busy or too small to do business, our appointment was a week out. After waiting a week, my wife secured a babysitter for our two young kids and went off to the SPA. She was running about 10 minutes late at the time she called and said she would be there soon but late. The rude "manager" immediately ler know she could not be seen, and there would be at least 30 minutes of paperwork to fill out before they started anyway. NOWHERE does it say this on their website, or on the voicemail appointment reminder we received. If timing is so critical to your poorly scheduled spa, then why not be up-front to your customers and say so? I do not see a written policy anywhere on your website. How unprofessional. My wife asked when she could get in next, and he said "probably in two weeks." No thanks. Now we have to pay a babysitter, because it was too much work for the "Manager" to schedule around ~15-20 minutes. If I went to get my car oil changed at a Jiffy Lube I would have better service, and I also wouldn't have my days plans ruined. Amazing customer service skills Chris/Craig? The so called "Manager." The high school kids at the local lube shop are more compassionate and professional. On top of your poor skills, you had to be rude. You constantly interrupted and refused to listen. You hung up on me. You couldn't even understand my concern, and raged about the fact that any other medical place would do the same. Doubtful. I'll do what's in my power to make sure I avoid you and any place that's unfortunate enough to let you manage it. read more

Love tranquil waters!! My first service was a tattoo removal and can already see it fading (I'm on my 3rd session). I had a facial with Mai, omg she is amazing!! I got the signature facial with is custom to your needs so that was really awesome! She did the dermaplane on my face and that can be addicting! This Med Spa is awesome. I have been to other med Spas in the past but none of them compare to Tranquil Waters. The staff are super friendly and well trained and the Doctor is fantastic, she provides you a ton of education and is a perfectionist when it come to performing all her treatments. I have had several different treatments which include a Fabulous Facial with Mai the esthetician as well as several sessions of Body Sculpting. I tried body sculpting with another med spa which did absolutely nothing but after one treatment here, I could see immediate results on the back of my thighs. It was amazing. Not a fan at the girl that does Microdermabrasion. She went extremely fast, no spa like feel to it at all. I asked several questions about my face and skin care because I had a couple concerns. I went on 3 different occasions. She had no answer and did not seem to be an educated aesthetician. If I was trying to build clientele I would recommend things or recommend seeing the doctor, she did neither. No warm and fuzzy experience & would not go back. read more

I went to Tranquil Waters Med Spa for Tattoo laser removal on two of my tattoo's, laser hair removal, and body contouring. Both of my tattoos have faded so much, I've had 3 treatments so far and the results are AMAZING and more importantly I haven't had any scaring like my friend that went to a different Med spa! Ive had two treatments of laser hair removal done on my underarms as well as my Brazilian, the process was almost painless and most of my hair is already gone! What's left grows in soft and not stubbly and that's just after 2 treatments! Ive also done two treatments of the body sculpting on my thighs and right away I could cross my legs and the cellulite that had been there for way to long was gone!. Instantly my thighs were significantly more tone and tight! I'm so amazed and happy with the results!
