I let the receptionist know I was leaving as I had a busy morning planned and there was no end in sight at this point. The salon called me and asked when I could come back to see the same stylist. I told them I wasn't comfortable seeing that stylist after what happened earlier, and they offered no discount to return for my time lost or the opportunity to see someone else. The cut is very uneven and disconnected, and there's a noticeable section where a large piece of hair is missing. I honestly wouldn't recommend going with a junior stylist based on my experience. This has really affected my confidence. My hair took about three years to grow out, and now it's gone--it will take months to recover. I've had bad haircuts before, but this is by far the worst. Also, during the same visit, I wasn't offered water or soda like I have been on previous visits, which stood out to me.
