It's talk about hair- I went in for a haircut little did I know it was going to include head and shoulder massage - This is when Justine gets to know your hair and understand what kind of service looking for. I color my hair quite a bit, and while in the washable Justine suggested doing a moisturizing treatment. That's when the pampering continued not only did she put a hair treatment in my hair but while it was sitting she gave a hand and arm massage. I was skeptical at first because there were no ratings but after my cut I couldn't wait to brag about my positive experience and the attention to detail that I witnessed as a new customer of this salon. Justine is both knowledgeable and intuitive -- she totally nailed the haircut I wanted right on my first visit. Not only did I get such a cute cut, I felt completely spoiled with the way she treated me as a new customer. Most of the time, when I get a haircut it doesn't come with a massage. Her cut came with aromatherapy, shoulder massage, scalp massage, hair treatment, hot towel, and even a hand massage. I felt so relaxed by the time she was halfway done preparing me for my cut. I found it challenging to find a salon that uses healthier products that are free or with minimal chemicals of concern. Justine has done her research and offers great advice, solutions, and these products. My hair looked and felt great after Justine did her magic. I sat in the chair, she listened to me and some how managed to provide an exceptional cut, tint (without ammonia), and style. I've been getting my hair cut by Justine for several years now and she always does a great job! I have a cowlick that really sticks out if my hair is cut wrong, which was always a problem for me and has been a "hit and miss" with others that have cut my hair, but never with Justine! The relaxing music, scalp massage, hot towel wrap on the face and even a hand massage if I like, add to the experience and really makes my day when I go to see her!
