I have had tons of pho and this was by far the most bland. The Pho Xao was also a huge disappointment. It was smothered in fish sauce and congealed together. I tried to pawn it off on my friend (so not to waste) and she too didn't like it. By the way, I called to complain about the hair but they were not too concerned with it. Nonetheless, it actually felt comfortable sitting there. Tried a new menu item - Scallop + Prawn Ceviche. It was excellent. Also went for the always reliable - Szechuan Lettuce Wraps. Both these items were stellar in taste & presentation. I had just enough room for dessert - the Chocolate Lava Cake. So good I wanted another one! The hosts & servers were warm & very pleasant. I don't always love ciabatta but I think I've been made a believer. My husband had the Motown Philly. Delicious, huge portion. Tons of flavorful meat, cheese and onions and peppers, with great seasoning and care, and tender steak. The garlic aoili was a great addition to bring it all together. 10/10 some of the best sandwiches I've ever had.
