I tried their salads as a meal prep for my week (s). You get to choose either rice or quinoa as your base and spinach or lettuce for your veggies. The rest are dependant on which 'type' of salad bowl you choose. You also get to choose between chicken or shrimp as your protein I've had the honour to try: -Bacon club (turkey bacon), you still get chicken with this option (3/5) -Creamy Coconut (2/5), my sauce tasted sour. Not sure if it was meant to be this way but I threw it out -Jerk Chicken (2/5), sorry but this one also had a bit of a sourness to it but the spicy kind of balanced it a bit. Still not one I would go for -Fiesta (4/5) for some reason the sour cream and salsa tasted so good -Mesquite Chicken (4/5), another of the better ones. The bbq sauce was great with the chicken but not so much for the greens. -Classic Keto (4/5), this one came with tzatziki and some peri may and it's pretty good. This one also comes with turkey bacon -Rancho (4/5), surprisingly the chili sauce mixed with creamy ranch works. I like this one. Really it all comes down to the sauce. Most of them were good but two of them threw me off. Not sure if it was a bad day or ... A bit far for me but I can see myself going more often if it was closer by. read more

*MUST READ* I can confirm I received salmonella poisoning after eating at The WholeBowl. My friend and I ordered one "keto bowl" and a "jerk chicken bowl", both containing chicken. After a few days, we both began experiencing stomach aches and fatigue that could not be ignored. As the days went on the intense abdominal pain I was experiencing became much worse over time leading to when I received emergency medical attention. My physician was able to diagnose the severe abdominal pain as a degree of Salmonella from undercooked chicken. Being that both myself and my friend ate together at the same time and began feeling symptoms around the same time, we were able to narrow down where the Salmonella came from. As a personal trainer, I used to recommend this place to many clients. But after this experience, I feel its important to share my story so nobody else has to experience this type of attack on the body. Think twice before you risk eating here. read more
