Surprisingly fantastic. Tried the Mediterranean quinoa bowl with falafel. It was tasty and the portions were large. Definitely a hit!

Got the build your own bowl... after tax and tip it was just under $11. Pretty quick and friendly service. Veggies that I requested all seemed fresh. For what you're paying for the included 6 ingredients, it's worth it. I paid an extra $.50 for 1 added sauce bc I tend to like my dishes on the saucier side than dry side, so that was worth it for me. I added pepper to the top before I mixed everything up. I got the noodles as the base, but just to change it up next time, I'd get the quinoa. read more

The manager impressed me. She was training a new person who overcharged me for an item. No one caught it until I was waiting for my food during an extremely busy time! The manager, while doing about 14 things all at once, somehow noticed I was overcharged even after other customers had ordered. She called my name and handed me the difference. Great place to make group orders for the work place! Usually I call to place the order about 1.5 hours before delivery and so far they have always delivered on time. Conveniently, they have a portable machine so you are able to pay by debit or credit card. The juices are just *okay* i find, they're not terribly tastey. So far I've tried the mighty detox and the green energy. Honestly just *meh* I ordered the Oaxaca bowl (brown rice & kale, avocado, beet slaw, black beans, corn, salsa fresca, crispy wontons, lime wedge, spicy yogurt sauce) and added steak to it. I think next time I'll order extra spicy yogurt sauce, or ask if they have hot sauce! It was REALLY filling! Also you have an option to switch out the rice for Quinoa instead! On a different occasion I decided to try the chicken teriyaki bowl. I'm not sure if they forgot the sauce or if it was just "lightly" added ....? Overall the dish was very dry, and it seemed like the sauce was just straight up missing. Good thing this time, I had ordered a side of spicy yogurt. I wish I could remember the name of the girl that was helping me the other day but she was fantastic. I think she had short blond hair and was in some kind of upper role there. She happily explained the difference between wraps and burritos, told me what were popular choices, then helped me make tweaks to my final meal so that I had something tasty. I wish all customer service people were this friendly and helpful! My only complaint is that my wrap dripped quite a bit, but it was darn tasty. read more

This is a chain that is focused on healthy and diverse options. I am appreciative that they will offer such options as hot dressings for salads, but as well I feel that the variety on display does not have some of the old standbys that someone might expect from a salad/wrap place. Case in point, I would not be able to order a Caesar salad here. It's not that it would be hard, but the dressing is missing from their laundry list. Granted, this might not be part of the company line, but it seems that there is a consistent effort to be "unique", and thus a more regular option is missed. Apart from this, the restaurant uses compostable containers and cutlery, so I do feel less guilty about having so much packaging. Just make sure it's disposed of properly! As well, the ambiance is nice along with the provided outdoor patio. The place is a bit more expensive than it should be, but at least it is a good enough experience that it bridges the gap. read more

Well, I've been trying to be good this week. I was glad to come across this place. They had some great options!!!! First off, the place is very spacious and clean! The staff was very friendly. The service was fast. The food was delicious and IMO, well portioned. The price is slightly higher, but not totally out of range and I feel is worth it. There are tons of great options to choose from here. Parking appears to not be well (I parked in a small lot infront of the building). Overall, I liked this place and the wrap I had was great! I'm writing another review, as my thoughts have changed about this Freshii location, I must say it really is hit and miss when you go during lunch time. Yes, I get it, it's lunch time so things are going to be done fast. With any restaurant that should not be an excuse. Regardless I figured out if I come around 11-11:30 they pack the bowls and are less rushed. which equals, better food, better service, happier customer :) They have a new bowl, which is the only thing I eat right now, it's called the bamboo bowl, and it is so flavorful and so well balanced, with the cilantro and green curry. It's really well done. Brown rice on the bottom, with the right amount of green curry sauce on top, saute mushrooms, cabbage, broccoli, carrots on top of that, I added tofu. Reallly really good! Similar comments to the others. Paid $20 for juice and a salad. Neither were amazing. They didn't have apples or carrots for the juice (okay, I get it, new business) and I was quite cool with that. I asked instead for a green juice - all veggies - but got basically pineapple with some greens thrown in. And it wasn't full. The salad definitely wasn't made with fresh ingredients; greens were brown in places. Don't pay extra for steak.. I barely found three cubes the size of a quarter in there. The dressing was decent, although, I didn't realize the avocado was part of the dressing... I thought like with the other pictured salads, it would be on top. Nope. Didn't want corn (yay for easy substitutions), asked and got cilantro instead. I think. I didn't taste or see any. I went out of my way to come here, wanting a highly nutritive meal. Sadly, by making decent choices at McDonald's I could've gotten something similar. Gave an extra star for excellent customer service and easy substitutions. read more

Starved for options in the Broadway Tech Centre, I decided to give this place a try. I checked out the menu online in advance, and opted for the Tex Mex burrito. I was pretty hungry, but as with most "healthy", I didn't expect a decent portion. This is probably why I avoided visiting for so long. They met that expectation. This is more like a medium-sized wrap that needs more flavour. The burrito was average. I didn't opt for any of the meat add-ons, but probably should have. For around $8.50 (I forget the exact price), it didn't leave a big impression, and only a small dent in my hunger. It tasted ok, but if you're looking for a standard Mexican-style burrito, then this is not the place to make you Happii. read more

Great place to grab a quick healthy bite!! Seconds from the sky train so easy and convenient to get to! Staff are very polite and hard workers.. Portion size for their bowls are perfect, fills you up but at the end your not gasping for air in your tight jeans.. It's my regular stop daily either for a Buddha Sauté or a great refreshing green energy drink! You. Should try their frozen yogurt shakes they are amazing! read more

My girlfriend and I came to grab ourselves a quick dinner. I ordered a Khao San burrito, and she got a Fiesta wrap. There was an issue with the cash register (totally understandable, things happen), and we waited until the machine restarted. It was not a big issue, as we were still waiting for our food. In a couple minutes the food was ready, but the machine was still not working. We waited, and the machine was restarted once again. Then the employees decided to call the manager, and tried some basic troubleshooting, but with no result. Then the employee (as per the manager's suggestion) asked to write down my credit card number to process the payment later - it's not only a violation of a PCI compliance, it's just sketchy, and I didn't feel comfortable doing that. I denied, and was offered to give the manager my cell phone number, and to come back to pay the next day. At this point we decided to leave the store empty-handed, which, according to my estimate, was about 20 minutes after we ordered our food. It left a really sour taste in my mouth, especially considering be both were hungry after a full work day, and after we watched the food being made in front of us. Neither of us have plans of returning to this location. I realize the profits are important, but not at the expense of user experience. read more

Expensive. And hardly any meat on their wraps. Paid extra for more meat ($2-3 I think) and only got a tiny amount extra, which was still not enough meat in my opinion on a regular wrap. Service is good and lots of selection. The fresh (I hope) juices are good with lots of selections. But I can't justify their sky high prices for me to return. read more

The cost of a wrap or burrito is already expensive, but to then have to add another $2-$3.50 for a pittance of meat is just a plain greedy ripoff. I always regret getting Freshii. I've had 3 attempts - 1 salad and 2 bowls. I pay extra for tofu and more vegetables, making each dish more than $10, but still not very big. One time there was way too much dressing/sauce and one time there was hardly any, making it flavourless. The quality of the veggies is fine, but not outstanding. The portion is fine if you want a light meal and are looking for a healthy option. The value is pretty low though, they should be priced closer to a nearby submarine sandwich place, at $6-8 for a salad/bowl/burrito. Or, for the price, the food should be flavourful, consistent, and bursting with vegetables. read more
