Fabrics That Go is a long time family owned business that was located forever on Campbell Ave. Great selection and workmanship. Apparently they moved to Stone Ave about 19 months ago. So after taking a scenic tour of Tucson I located them in a rather unassuming spot, but it was WELL WORTH IT! I was absolutely overwhelmed by the selection of fabulous upholstery and curtain material available for purchase! So many choices and great quality. The service was excellent (thank you Deb for your invaluable advice and wonderful service). I am very impressed with the ease of the process. And I was also pleased with the price and timing offered. I have started with a small chair which I will deliver to them Monday. They estimate 4 weeks to complete, which is terrific. They do offer pick up and delivery if needed but I will be able to do that myself. Quality furniture at a reasonable price is hard to find. IKEA and Amazon are a cheaper option but if you have quality furniture that is in need of a little love , I highly recommend you take the time and invest in getting it refurbished by experts. You will be so thrilled with the results!

Over the years, however, these stores have become much less desirable. For example, this specific one carries an abundance of merchandise from a small handful of franchises. Granted, winning franchises sell t-shirts, hats, jerseys and other products much faster and in larger numbers than teams who are mired in mediocrity or are perennial losers, but there are certain franchises that are still highlighted in this store and they haven't been good in several years (i.e., The Dallas Cowboys, LA Lakers). Also, 99% of this stuff is ridiculously overpriced and in the realm of online wholesale, it's not all that difficult to find the exact same items at a fraction of the cost. There is no way I am ponying up the cost for an authentic NBA jersey at Just Sports when I can obtain an identical product without thinning out my wallet. On top of that, over the years, the staff seems like nothing more than an apathetic group of high school / college students that have their mind on something completely unrelated to work. Not that I can blame them, because working in sports retail is a thankless job mired in monotony and stagnancy. I may return periodically to check their clearance section or to see if they have a sale on hats, but I will continue to purchase the vast majority of my online sports goodies throughout various online wholesalers.
