I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable their quote was and how quickly they were able to schedule my pickup. The team arrived right on time during the designated window, and the two gentlemen who came were professional, courteous, and efficient. My rug was returned the following week by a different team member who was just as professional as the ones who picked it up. I couldn't have been happier with the results. My two main hopes were that the matted areas would be re-fluffed and that the rug would return to its original cream color. When I unrolled it, it looked fantastic--fresh, clean, and beautifully restored. I'm so glad they were able to breathe new life into it and extend its lifespan. Frank provided excellent guidance in selecting the product and providing vision for the results. The install crew was exceptional. Chuck, Craig and Craig have decades of professional flooring experience among them and are true craftsmen. They were very friendly, respectful of our home and treated our furniture and belongings with kid gloves. The results are the ultimate proof. Before the LVF, we had a mash up of tile and carpeting. We love that now the flooring flows so seamlessly from room to room and really opens up our entire first floor. The Carpet Company had previously laid carpeting in another area of our house and we were so very pleased with that experience. Great carpet selection and super service and installation then as well. I should also mention Bruce back at the shop who is so helpful and friendly in person and over the phone. This is a very kind team who work well together and genuinely care for their customers!

I had been looking for a television stand for a newly purchased 75 inch Samsung and was conflicted about where to buy one. After searching online for area furniture stores, Sedlak's caught my eye and I decided to pay them a visit at their Solon location. The store is inconspicuous from the street and more closely resembles a hotel or country club from the outside. Upon walking in I was greeted by a kind lady at a desk and she directed me down a hall to the back of the store. This place is absolutely massive! There are numerous sections, each of which specializes in different home furnishings. The variety is extensive and offers a vast assortment of items. I found the section that has televison stands and after roughly 15 minutes decided on an attractive wood and glass stand with cabinets. I found a sales clerk who was more than helpful and collected my information. She then advised that the stand would be delivered in one piece, which would spare me the time of having to assemble it. She advised that the delivery would be carried out within a week and guided me to the front to submit payment. One I submitted payment, a delivery date was agreed upon for the following Monday (4 days) and I left. Sedlak's contacted me the day prior to the scheduled delivery to confirm. On the day of the delivery, two Sedlak's professionals contacted me upon arrival and I let them in. They carefully setup the stand and were even kind enough to place the television on it. The stand is of inpeccable quality and the customer service was top tier! I am happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again!

He agreed to clean my 10.5 X 22.5 foot area rug for $115 (April 2024) the next day. He was personable, polite, and professional. When he was done, the carpet looked great! He called me back in a few days to check on the job. My carpet is a light beige, Berber, and over 10 years old. My two cats have deposited every kind of cat-mess you can imagine. As such, within a few days there were a few spots that 'flowered' (my word) from the base of the carpet. I was able to use my go-to carpet cleaner, Bissell Pet Oxy Power Shot (excellent stain remover) to touch up the light shadows that popped up. Those secondary spots have not returned. Considering the age of my carpet and all it's been through, considering that I live on the top floor of a high-rise, and considering that it was an area rug-- I feel that I got a good value for my money. Although I only gave a 4 out of 5 star review, it's only because the single treatment did not completely clean my carpet. Perhaps no cleaner could have.
