The nose piercing fell out two hours after it was done. It's not long enough for swelling. Staff are nice enough...I guess? It's extremely fast and not personable. I'm confused all around. I like the salon and the owner. The salon is very stylish and owner is pleasant for that I give 4 stars. But the stylist (K) whom I tried to have good faith in obviously is very inexperienced. My hair was damaged and colored dark and she was able to work with me to help restore the health and lighten my coloring but sadly that's where it ended. She does not clearly communicate as she had me book well in advance for full Baylayage and then only provided reg coloring (which ended up being too dark,). This was the 2nd time I was expecting full Baylayage coloring that she misled me. On two other previous visits she was supposed to cut my hair but failed to do so. She asked for photos (Balayage and color) which I showed her the same photos on multiple visits to which she remarked its doable but when its time to execute she doesnt fullfill. She states she prefers to do natural hair coloring but her skills are limited to the basics. Natural hair color has different tones. She doesn't understand how to mix toners, cut layers or perform true Baylayage. For this I give her 2 stars....making this review an average of 3 stars. On a side note when I remarked my dissatisfaction I was asked to find another stylist. Weirdly I always felt a salon would try to make their customers happy but I guess that's not their policy.

There was a text misunderstanding before her 3:00 p.m. appointment, but when my mom arrived early, Ana raised her voice, accused her of offending her, and yelled at her in front of others. She said she would no longer provide services. It was my mom's birthday, and she was shocked. During the appointment, Ana was rough with her hair, pulled it several times, used water so hot it burned her scalp, and never asked what she wanted done. My mom respectfully shared her concerns and offered to pay $60 for the poor service, but Ana insisted on the full $120. My mom paid, apologized, and said she would not return. This review is not about a misunderstanding over text, those things can happen. It is about how my mom was treated as a paying customer. No client should be yelled at publicly, made to feel uncomfortable, or receive rough treatment during a service because of a personal disagreement. After three years as a loyal client, my mom expected to be treated with professionalism, dignity, and respect.
