Part of the never-ending story of quick and filthy one night stays. This was very much a last minute reservation that didn't do this place justice since I would have liked to have seen/experienced more. Quick and easy check in on what seemed like a slow and fairly dead weekday. The nuisance parking charge is thankfully only $10, and their lot is right up the street, on West Kleine Lane, from the main entrance plus once you're in, the building does have access from the parking lot. While I'm pretty sure you can find some free on street parking not too far away, it was late and I wasn't in a Sherlock Holmes kind of mood. The room itself is industrial vibe with exposed brick and beams but that plus the colors which were chosen overall are very tasteful. Someone put a lot of thought into the overall design of the building and the rooms. Most importantly to me, the bed is very comfortable and the massive shower head provides more than enough pressure although the double handle design (you would have to see it to understand) is definitely different. Having been to Lititz many times over the years, I can testify that once you park, most of the things you would want to see in town (on North Broad Street and East Main Street) are easily walkable. Overall this place fits well within Hilton Tapestry Collection where the properties are all one off - unique - under the umbrella of a chain but definitely feels independent. Far and away better than anything that comes to mind in the surrounding area. read more

Bottom Line: Comfortable rooms in a former chocolate factory within walking distance to all the great sights in Lititz. The Wilbur Lititz hotel is what brought my husband and I to Lititz. We really appreciate luxurious hotels and chocolate so this seemed like a great place for us to enjoy a little getaway. We also like hotels that feel like boutique hotels which is what the Hilton's Tapestry Collection achieves. At the time of booking we weren't familiar with how charming the surrounding town of Lititz is so that was a terrific surprise. We stayed in a Cocoa Corner King Room. Being a corner room we enjoyed the natural light from five windows and a little bit of extra space. The room was very clean with a comfy king sized bed and stylish bathroom. The room included a fairly sizeable Samsung TV, Keurig coffee machine and mini-fridge. I was surprised that the TV didn't have any options to run apps like YouTube or to screen cast but that wasn't a big deal. As a frequent traveler I really appreciate the details like plentiful USB ports and lamps on dimmers. As someone who loves history and architecture I found the exposed brick walls to be very charming. The bathroom was fairly standard with a single vanity and sink, shower and toilet but I really liked the finishes including the subway tile and neat wallpaper. I also appreciated that they provide Molton Brown bath products which always smell so good! I really enjoyed the décor in the hotel. In addition to exposed brick there are exposed beams and posts and original hardware floors in parts of the lobby. I also like how they have decorated the hotel with Moravian stars, a nod to the people who settled the Lititz area. The Moravian star chandeliers in the lobby are pretty but I also like how the stars are cleverly incorporated into the carpet in the hallways. One of the best features of this hotel is the location! There is so much within walking distance - tasty restaurants, unique shops, a pretty park, iconic landmarks and lots of history. The hotel has a parking deck conveniently accessible from the second floor. The first floor has a decent gym, small sundries station, little lounge space and a good restaurant - Blackworth Live Fire Grill. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly upon check in and each time we strolled past the desk. Overall this was a great experience and we'd surely return. read more

Easily the best hotel experience I had in 2023, this place gets absolutely everything right. From pre-arrival to checkout they are attentive, communicate well, and address every need during our stay. Rooms are beautiful, during our stay we asked if the temperature could be lowered and the staff immediately addressed the issue. Housekeeping was great, love the Wilbur Chocolate treats. The bar in the lobby (Blackworth) was also great, as is the surrounding Lititz community. Finally, our stay concluded on Christmas Day, when we left in the morning there was a stocking full of treats on the door, the details were just amazing. We won't be staying anywhere else on return trips, great job Wilbur Tapestry!! read more

You could not be more central to one of America's coolest small towns if you tried! The former Wilbur Chocolate Factory has been recently renovated into a beautiful, luxury accommodation. (No oompa loompas were harmed in the making of this hotel) From the minute you walk in the door, you're welcomed with the pleasant aroma of chocolate (a marketing ploy, no doubt, but appreciated none the less). The beautiful lobby area is adorned with comfortable, picturesque furniture, a fire place, and market stand of local Lititz goodies and snack favorites for sale. The staff is very welcoming, and the rooms are adorable. This hotel boasts lots of history, exposed brick, and charm, and it's situated just a short stroll from any of the local shops, bars, and eateries that you come to Lititz to enjoy. There is ample, safe parking, and it is accessible for individuals with disabilities. Perhaps the biggest (yet most dangerous) perk of all, the Wilbur chocolate store posted-up directly across the street. Delicious. The biggest disappointment was no chocolate river. I'm in Lancaster PA every few months for business, and found this gem 2 trips ago. Never Disappoints! Just had my 3rd stay. Love everything about this Hilton. Quaint, comfortable, Great Service, super accommodating staff. Restaurant is great, but there are also so many places to eat in town. Lititz is an awesome town to walk around and hang out in. I don't understand why this is rated so high. This is by far the least appealing Hilton I have stayed at. Amenities are basic. The rooms are small considering the $300 price. I got a king park side and it was terrible. The room temperature was either sweaty hot or freezing cold. It was loud from vehicle noise pollution. The walls are paper thin. You can hear every person talking outside the building or in the hallway. I had to listen to constant vehicle traffic outside. I thought park side would be quiet and have a pretty view. That's why I paid the up charge. It was terrible. There are literally no attractive amenities at this hotel to justify the price. There is a hotel restaurant and a gym. The room interior is basic. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the staff is extremely polite and nice. read more

I hate to drop stars but I can't understand why an ex chocolate factory would not have hot chocolate?!? We arrived and it was chilly and no hot choc in rooms or in lobby and not even in the restaurant attached. The manager in restaurant laughed and agreed when I said "No hot chocolate in a previous chocolate factory!" We found our fix the next day which was ok. Hotel decor and rooms awesome the only other thing was someone had smoked in our room before so every time you opened the door you got hit with old cigarette odor smell and even when you put the fan on. Not the hotel fault as it's hard to get out but not great for next guests. Also because small town I do t think they insulated windows much for noise and we thought rooms by train track would be noisy. Doesn't seem like train track in use so rather book that side facing park as the 5th floor facing parking lot was noisy. Definitely worth staying at. read more

What a great stay! Check in was easy, and then it was a quick drive to park behind the hotel. Parking is $10. There are some meters across the street that are free overnight. Once we got to our room, I was immediately impressed by the size. It was very spacious. It was clean and modern. The bed was soft and comfortable. There was a coffee maker and a mini fridge. Our room faced the entrance of the hotel, and it was quiet. The only drawback to the room is that the bathroom door is just a giant barn-style door, so it doesn't really shut all the way. Love the exposed brick and beams in the lobby and throughout the hotel. Also enjoyed the local/ chocolate-themed artwork in the room. The hotel is located right next to a park, and shops and restaurants are right nearby. Everything is very walkable. read more

It is a shame that the chocolate factory had to burn in order to bring us this fabulous hotel in the lovely town center of Lititz. The designers did a great job in keeping the original structure and most of the original wooden beams. I personally think the chocolate scent is fake but still a nice touch. The rooms are very spacious and well laid out. The colours are neutral and relaxing. The desk in the room is functional and lighting is ample. The amenities in the room are by Molton Brown. If you're not familiar with the brand you should ditch your personal products and indulge yourself. They are also for purchase in the lobby. Parking is around the back accessible with your room keycard for $10 a day. The Blackworth fire and Grill is accessible from the lobby. It is a good idea to inquire as it can get quite busy even on off days. read more

My husband and I ventured up to Lititz, PA back in July for a belated birthday weekend getaway. He loves burgers and ice cream, and hipster amish country does both of these things very well. I found this cute Hilton-operated boutique hotel that was formerly the a local chocolate factory. It was about a two hour drive up from Maryland for us, and we didn't have to worry about parking, as there was a $10 a day parking option that we tacked on to our room. The room was beautiful. The artwork placed throughout the room showed scenes of historic Lititz, PA. There was also the thoughtful touch of a very faint scent of chocolate as a homage to the original factory. The exposed brick provided a cozy feel, while maintaining the industrial theme. The king-sized bed was comfortable, and the shower was really nice. The concierge was also incredibly friendly and helpful. If we ever find ourselves back in in this area, we'll be sure to stay here again! read more

Just had a great stay at the Hilton in Lititz, Pa. My wife and I have stayed in the area several times but always at a B&B. This was a great change. It's built in the old Wilbur Chocolate Factory that burned down several years ago. Much of the structure survived and is the main esthetic of the hotel. There is even a chocolate scent piped thru into the lobby area. We loved the modern industrial touches added all over hotel. All the staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was available for Diamond members. The hotel also has the Blackworth Live Fire Grill which was amazing and a very cool bar. Attached is also a marketplace where you can get coffee, snacks, a deli and a butcher! The downtown area has a great feel with several restaurants, breweries and shops. The staff is great and friendly. The hotel is in the heart of town, where there are so many businesses that is within a short walk from the hotel. The hotel is clean and neat. The decorating pays homage to the town's history such as having Moravian star lights hanging from the ceiling in the lobby to chocolate portraits in the suites and some Wilbur chocolate being sold in the lobby store. Dont spend your money here. I was not treated fairly. The Manager himself, Mr. Peter, has some attitude to Minorities like me. I did not feel welcomed by him at all. As Hilton Club member elite level and Hilton honors diamond level i was punished by him and was not treated with respect. Besides that, he did not show any efforts during my 2 weeks stay. My experience with the Hilton organization goes back to the 80's and by far that was the worse attitude ever by Hilton manager. In the past, other locations ,there were situations when I was not upgraded but the attitude and respect were very professional. That was the worst hospitality, particularly for a Hilton employee. I was poorly insulted when I asked him for upgrade , he had a laughing smear of satisfaction and control ; I also indicated the fact of rooms are dark with poor lighting; there is no room seating except for an uncomfortable desk chair; the beds are too soft; Over the years I asked him to fix the room temperature but nothing has been done, it was too cold or too hot. Also there has been a strong smell of urine in the bathroom. I could not adjust the room's thermostat; Housekeeping must be requested the day before it's needed, I had to ask to change towels and clean the room. The staff are kind and try to be helpful. Mr. Peter was successful in cancelling my future reservations at this location. I Have been visiting Lititz every 6 months to do my Job and the location was very convenient. He made my life harder with great satisfaction. Is this a win situation, he doesn't own the property. read more

Fantastic hotel. We stayed here for a couple of days while visiting Hershey. It's a quaint neighborhood with fun antiquing and not too far from Lancaster and Amish country. The whole chocolate thing is adorable and gives the place character. Only issues is that everything closes early and not everything is open everyday so make sure you plan your meals and coffee/drinks beforehand. I didn't have any issues with the staff and housekeeping is every nice. Even though cleaning isn't done everyday they make sure to leave towels and toiletries . read more

The room/bathroom were very nicely finished, comfortable and spacious. In some ways it's a bummer to have lost this location as a chocolate factory you can visit but in other ways it seems like a perfect next step for this building to be a beautiful hotel. This hotel is absolutely amazing! The history is dripping (no pun intended) with a nod to the former chocolate factory that was once housed this magnificent building! Kudos to the architect and design group who truly left no stone unturned. The attention to detail in the rooms, check-in area, common seating area, and restaurant is top-notch! This was my first visit to the town of Lititz (so charming) and I only wish that I could have stayed longer. As a frequent traveler who often stays at Hilton properties, this was one place that I could have stayed for months on end. So cozy, inviting, comfortable, with lovely hotel lighting. The hotel staff were so friendly and efficient, rooms were super-comfortable both sleeping and temperature-wise, large flat screen TV, high industrial ceilings, exposed original brick walls, high-end shower head, plenty of towels, mini-fridge, and a lovely assortment of toiletries. The hotel charges $10.00 to park but the lot leads you directly to the elevator so there isn't really any extra work involved. We really loved this stylishly refurbished old chocolate factory that is now a comfortable hotel. Located in lovely PA Dutch/Deutsch town of Lititz, which is worth a visit in itself. Staff and restaurant food were also all superb. One of the most memorable places we stayed in our cross country trip. Absolutely amazing! Beautiful hotel and decor! Exposed brick throughout and great history of the chocolate factory. Was in PA stayed at another Hilton in Philadelphia. We were going to head back to Ohio decided to stay another night, found this hotel in a city we have never been or heard of and it was all worth it! We were beyond impressed with the location as well, walking distance to so many cool shops and good restaurants. Staff was great at check in and throughout our stay especially Kate and Nick. I would also recommend room service from the Blackworth -food and drinks were so good! The room was cleansed and disinfected thoroughly when we got to our room it even had a seal on the door to show no one has been in since the room has been disinfected. The history (former chocolate factory), ambiance and the town of Lititz makes this a must place to stay if your in the area or even to make it a destination. My party of 9 stayed two comfortable nights in this beautiful historic hotel. Reception gives complimentary waters and famous Julius Sturgis pretzels and Wilber chocolate Buds to its guests. The hotel is set in the 1800s Wilber Chocolate factory that was still running until 2016! The only down side was that our tv kept freezing. But over all, the gorgeous space, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, high end gym, and looming chocolate smell in the halls makes for a super sweet stay! read more

This place was great. We spent the night on Thanksgiving and it was very clean and quiet. The parking deck has an entrance right by the elevator and they are quick and quiet. the rooms are big enough to hold a flag football game in them. I was talking to a lady and she said that her husband could drive his electric wheelchair around the room with ease, especially in the bathroom. the wood fired grill was a nice touch and the pizza & wings had a great flavor. The cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff was great, besides the repurposing the factory into a hotel and apartments, they have the odor of Cocoa wafting thru the lobby. Definitely want to come back. read more
