I stayed here 3 nights. Good location, comfortable bed, clean linens. On the other hand the room smelled musty and there is low water pressure. The rooms are aged. My only real hesitation of staying here is the female part of the team who manage this location. Unfortunately, she's the first face you see and the major contact as you go in and out of the Inn. I don't think she ever said one hospitable thing to my friends and I . On the other hand, her husband was eager to please his guests and did his best to accommodate us. I won't discourage anybody from staying here... I slept well. Just be warned... that you won't get the warm fuzzies from spending your money here. read more

It was without a doubt, the worst hotel we ever stayed in. They did not change the sheets, as there was blood on ours. They could not figure how to setup Room cards . They actually opened up some else's room. They called us up a day later and wanted to charge us for smoking in the room when their working were the ones smoking in the hotel. read more

Good location. Hotel is a bit dated and in need of some upgrades. We spent one night. Check in was fast and friendly. We parked right outside the lobby and our room was just past the lobby on the first floor. When we opened our door the room was HOT. We went to turn the air on but it was unplugged. Plugged it in and it didn't work. We informed the front desk clerk and she was able to get it running. If we turned on high cool it would shut off so we had to keep it on low. Even on low it made a racket and it seemed like it took half the night to cool down the room. Go figure when we woke in the morning we were freezing. The room was clean and everything else worked. TV was an older tube model but that did not matter to us, we watched the news and fell asleep. The bathroom could use a caulking. We saw people having the free breakfast when we were checking out. Looked like toast and cereal with some muffins and pastries along with juice and coffee. Can't comment on how good it was, we were headed to the Oregon Dairy. Not bad for 75 dollars a night. Other rooms in the area were twice as much. read more

We stayed at this hotel for our family trip to Hershey Park and Lancaster. The location was great, but other than that, this hotel did not meet our expectation. To be fair, I should say the receptionist was fine, he did quick check in/ out and also, the room was cleaned well. The things they need to fix are -Slow internet wifi -Broken fridge which made my food all wet with its water inside. -broken tub drain, so we only could use the shower -hard to operate tv -broken tv shelf that had a big hole at side. Looked scary. -old toilet Our family trip would be perfect if we did not chose this hotel. I should have checked Yelp before I made reservation through Travelocity. The $ is cheap and so is the room. Cobwebs on the walls; stains on the rug;dusty;old furniture.....yuck! The bathroom has not been updated. The lady that welcomed us at 10:45 pm was nice. We just spent the last 2 nights in a chain hotel and it was luxurious. Hope this helps y'all. read more

Booked a room to attend a wedding. They had block rooms for two nights but I only wanted to stay one night. I do not know if the person on the phone was new or not, but this person had no idea what they were doing. Then, I get a phone call about not checking in. I informed the person on the phone that I only booked one night. That was again not understood. They had a room available. It was okay and clean. The price is cheap and that is what you get. The customer service was below average and I was very annoyed that they could not understand that I was attending the wedding, but only staying one night, not two! Thank goodness we only had to stay one night. I do not recommend this hotel unless you want a cheap hotel for the night with poor customer service. read more

This is a budget hotel and for that it is perfect. We had been driving and just needed a place to shower and sleep. I booked on hotels.com as we were driving in. Check in was seamless and the front staff was very nice. We had a room on the first floor, right off the lobby. The room was clean but needed some minor repair in the bathroom -wallpaper was coming loose and there was some rust stains on the tile. There was a mini fridge. Flat screen TV with remote and the heater worked. The bathroom had a heater too, which was nice. Bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean. Continental breakfast was small bagels and pre packaged cinnamon rolls. Along with oatmeal and a couple of cereal selections. Coffee, milk and orange juice were also available. Doesn't bother me, I don't book hotels with expectations of a great continental breakfast. I did see a review about smoking, and I have to add that we went to a little bar around the corner. You can still smoke inside and we had to shower when we got back from the bar. We also had to leave our clothes in the bathroom with the vent on. LOL. I wonder if that's why the room smelled smoky for them... I wouldn't definitely stay here again if I am passing through. Again- 4 stars for the price. read more

This place sounds like a cozy mom-and-pop establishment, but it's just a regular inn. The room has very thin walls, you could hear everything. The breakfast is lacking - bagels, cream cheese, two options of cereal and cinnamon rolls. The one thing it had going for it was pretty good internet. I gave this 2 stars because the lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. That being said I give the rest of the hotel 1 star. The room in its entirety needs a good deep cleaning. There were cobwebs in the corners of the windows. The carpeting was dirty and well worn. The worst was the bathroom. The toilet seat was cracking where you would normally sit and needed to be replaced. The shower looked as if it were mildly cleaned every few weeks. There was red mold on the shower curtain and the shower head was filthy. All of the furniture in the room had some sort of sticky film on it which I would rather not know what it was. This hotel had a complimentary breakfast which was a joke. If you want a dirty cheap room this is the place for you. read more

This place is terrible, we booked a room there over 6 months ago for 3 nights, because we were having some work done in our house, it was so bad that after one night, we checked out! Dirty sheets, personal hairs in tub, heat/ac didnt work, smelled bad, just gross. The only good thing there was the lady that cleaned the rooms & checked people in was really nice, she told us that her boss only pays her twenty five dollars per day for a 10 hour shift, but she needed the money. DO NOT STAY HERE!! The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I don't even know where to begin. The rooms are dirty. Filth, bottles, and a sock were left under the bed from the previous occupants. The walls are scuffed and there were cobwebs in the corners. The toilets do this weird bubbling thing when you flush them causing them to shoot toilet water and other "things" out of the toilet. A cut out piece of wallpaper covered a hole in the wall. Hot and cold water were reversed in the shower. Shower heads are corroded in lime scale. The wifi is not password protected so anyone can jump on. It is so bogged down that you can't get on the internet so bring an ethernet cable. Better yet - don't stay here! The worst part is that the beds are hard as concrete. You can hear everything too. People talking in the hallways, doors closing, even toilets flushing in other rooms. Tv's are an old Zenith model that the picture doesn't fit on anymore. I tried to change the setting but couldn't. No tv remote in the room. The laminated channel list was sticky and most likely never ever cleaned. Alarm clock was broken. Breakfast is a joke. Plain frozen bagels, cheerios, yogurt, and coffee. Didn't feel safe at all. There are security cameras but the doors are always open so anyone can just walk in the hotel. Half the time the person at the front desk isn't even there. They're cleaning rooms or there is just simply no one there. Some of the staff is ok and others are completely oblivious. Depends on who you get. The only great thing about this place is that it is so cheap and crappy that there are no families so no screaming kids to worry about. Don't trust the Google reviews. The rooms are ok.But customer service/ front desk? Boy oh boy. You won't get this kind of customer service from bizarro world in continental U.S.A even if you try.We booked the room online and paid online and upon checking In, the person at the front desk ( 2 young girls around the age of 14 and their boyfriends were hanging out / working-seriously) didn't know how to work the computer so they couldn't activate out key cards. After 20 minutes or so voila - success. Then the young girl insisted she needs to swipe our card even though we booked online through smartfares.com and had paid,charged our card ( I noticed the charge after a couple of days) then I had to call them ,was met with an unfriendly female voice ........got a refund then after 3 days they double charged us again had to call again,lady was grunting and being nasty like I did something wrong and told me with attitude refund will be processed.they finally refunded me. Letting a bunch of little kids run a inn at 11 pm at night with no adults around is dangerous unprofessional and I am sure illegal.I don't wanna hurt this small business because who knows maybe it's just this particular employee thus 3 stars read more

We had our cousin's wedding to attend, and were coming from out of town. I called at 6:30 AM Saturday to ask for an early check in and spoke to Yogi. He and his wife PERSONALLY made sure our room was cleaned and ready for us by 2 pm! I discovered after check-in that this is a family run business, and they really do take pride in their work. If the phone rings and they didn't answer, its because his wife is checking in a guest and will not interrupt this process with you, and or the other is handling housekeeping and or washing the quilts for the rooms. ( YES - they wash the QUILTS too, not just the sheets!!!) Our room was SPOTLESS, and clean. I was not looking for anything but just that. Check out was a breeze as I simply dropped my key and was on my way. The breakfast was minimal but coffee was good and hot. Not a 3 course meal, but perfect for the post wedding night grab. I gave them 5 stars because of that small family owned touch, and cleanliness. Their location is PERFECT and the price is on point. I do not like to spend $175.00 -$210.00 to sleep somewhere after I just put out a $100.00 gift, paid $35 in tolls and had to fill my gas tank.
