On my second visit to this salon the owner of the salon did my hair and added color. She didn't listen to what I told her that I wanted, which I wasn't aware of until it was too late to stop what she was doing. She ruined my hair to the extent that it is now dry and brittle breaking off everytime I brush my hair! I have been going to 40 Volume in Savannah, but thought I would try and stay in Richmond Hill. My hair is normally down to my mid back, but now it has to have over 6" cut off in order to try and repair the damage done to my hair! read more

I would not even give this salon a star. I went in to have my roots done. My hair is blonde but due to Kylie being severe ADHD without medication. She put 3 different products on my hair. When I was able to see my hair it was blue white It was terrible. I would never recommend her or her salon to anyone In fact my advice to her would be stick with working with horses and leave the hair business to the professionals!!!! read more

Arrived at the salon and it was clean and bright, music was perfect, great atmosphere. Discussed what I wanted done and Kiley told me what my price was before doing anything to my hair, I have never had that happen before. I've been going to Kiley for almost 4 years now. I have never walked out disappointed and get my hair done every 6 weeks like clockwork. She is the only stylist I've ever had that took it upon herself to recognize when something didn't turn out quite how she envisioned and either fixed it ASAP or had me come back free of charge. She is super receptive to honesty and doesn't take it personally. She just wants you to love your hair! The new salon is adorable and so convenient. As with any new salon, there will be kinks and little things to work out, but they are doing awesome!! Keep up the good work, girls! read more

Only gave 1 star bc my stylist did a pretty highlight but that was not what I was asking for. They charged my daughter for an adult cut then tried to fix it by saying my hair needed 2 extra cups of dye that they added to my 210 budget! $70 in toner cost more than my cut! How?I informed the stylist that I had a budget of 210 plus hair cut of $60 yes $60 for a trim and frame around the face after already getting a wash with the color they charge full price for cut! DONT waste your time trying to call they never answer the phone and owner will not make apts for her staff. They work off commission plus tip so they all about overpricing. Also had product on my face from the foil that was put in. Also saw a girl uncomfortable about her stylist blow drying with a paddle brush. But saw her doing someone else's this time with a roll brush. Btw you lost business bc I was going to get an up do scheduled too. read more

Staff is incredibly loud and unprofessional. They acted like high schoolers - even comparing the # of instagram followers they all had loudly across the salon. I like to have a relaxing experience when getting my hair done, I left here with a migraine. read more

$340 and I left with my hair still gray. Horrible experience! Loud, unorganized and unprofessional staff. The owner does nothing but act crazy and unfocused. The salon is a dirty mess. The shampoo bowls are uncomfortable. I would never go back. The absolute worst salon experience!! I was really disappointed with my experience at Wild Horse Salon. I saw an ad on FB for 20% off if I used one of their new stylists. I signed my 4 year old and myself up for a cut and a trim. I assumed the stylist was just out of school and that's why we were getting the discount. So when she was rather impatient with my 4 year old I didn't say anything. My 4 year old was getting about 5" cut off. You can imagine that's not easy for a child to sit still that long. The stylist really had no patience with her and you could tell she hadn't worked with kids much at all. Again, I didn't say anything because I assumed she was new to the business. During both of our haircuts the music in the salon was playing highly inappropriate songs for children or really even just for a business in general. Finally, at the very end when she was finishing up with my hair, she told Alexa to stop. Then I was told the amount due - $110. For a kid's cut and a lady's wash, trim, and blow dry. $110!!!! I mentioned that I was supposed to get 20% off and she then applied that but had I not asked I wouldn't have gotten what I was promised. I did end up asking if she was in fact new and she said no, she was the assistant manager. She had been cutting hair for 7 years. This really shocked me as she was not professional - nice but not professional. I texted with the manager after this to inquire about the high prices. She said prices are based on the stylists' experience and expertise. I again explained I assumed she was new hence the discount and was NOT expecting to pay $80, even with the 20% discount. And I'll also mention the stylist had to write down my credit card information on a piece of paper because the manager was not there with the square to run the card. I was not comfortable leaving my credit card information there and especially not for days. The card was not ran until 2 days later. All this to say - I do not recommend this salon and won't be going back. read more

Over priced for what you get.. I am used to paying 120 every 6 to 8 weeks to have simple gray coverage and partial highlights ....the salon charged me $160. The staff was nice but the salon has zero upgrades and uncomfortable rinse stations. I would not recommend nor return. read more
