She literally went nuts. I think it's because I figured out the scam. She had nothing to show me because they hadn't done anything about my case. She didn't even know who I was. They take cases and then do as little as possible. Then she FIRED me as a client, wouldn't let me speak, and then HUNG UP ON ME! Like a child. She's supposed to be professional. Is that way she should be treating her Clients? She's crazy and should be nowhere near a court room. I was going to her to help me and all she did was make things worse for me. I have a very serious mental health condition and Stephine should have know that if she actually read my case. I don't need her and her crappy office people making me feel worse! I did not feel like she knew my case well and was not comfortable with her. I asked her what would happen if we lost the appeal and she made it sound like it wasn't a big deal she would just reappeal to a group of judges, which would no longer involve the commissioner. She was terrible during the hearing. I was denied and she refused to appeal. Instead, she tried to tell me I had misunderstood what she said. A few days later, I received a letter stating the firm would no longer represent me.
