Spent $195 for an hour consult, the attorney Tyler barely asked questions as I had to lead to conversation. After 28 minutes of my hour, Tyler basically told me to go see a Doctor and get a note saying that I was being retaliated against. I should really have received a refund for the ridiculous advice and 28 minute session. This firm has no idea what they are doing. They definitely don't backup the verbiage on the website and won't support you if you are turkey being mistreated at work. Another attorney's office preying on those that are not so fortunate. To offer a 1 star rating is a bit generous for this law firm. I had the unfortunate experience of working with one of attorneys they chose to employ, Lindsay Benjamin. Despite repeated attempts to communicate with Lindsay or even get one return phone call to discuss my case, Lindsay made it clear my case was trivial and she did not have time for it. She never once returned my calls in the 3 months I worked with her, her e-mail responses were vague and unhelpful, and she never moved my case forward. I ended services with Lindsay two weeks before a pertinent hearing date (which she never told me about), however, their offices took one week just to send me the form that they needed in order to withdrawal. Lindsay did not withdrawal from my case until the day before my hearing, leaving me no time to seek alternative counsel and forcing me to be unrepresented in court against a Respondent with counsel. In the end Lindsay Benjamin charged me $2500 to file a single (1) motion that was basic form wording and clearly drafted by her legal assistant, and still failed to file necessary paperwork for the related motion/hearing even though she was still my attorney on record, she just chose not to. At a time when I felt completely helpless and needed aggressive legal representation the most, Lindsay Elizabeth Benjamin and the Tyler Allen Law firm made me feel even more hopeless, scared, and completely confused by the legal process. Be warned, do not do business with this firm, they will take as much money as they can and do as little as possible. Now I understand why attorneys have such bad reputations and it is so easy to be unethical if you believe your understanding of law makes you superior. read more

She was always patient and kind in a very stressful place in my life. She returned calls and emails quickly and took the time to answer all of my questions.
