They order a replacement - it is the wrong size. We are still waiting for the replacement. In the mean time, I still have an open permit because they haven't inspected anything. The trim for my sliders hasn't been installed and is out on my lanai. We signed our contract August 31, 2023 and we are still waiting for the job to be completed.
