The job was an absolute success. 10 stars if I could. They made it easy for me. They replaced my entire roof, installed new sheathing, some facia, some guttering, etc. and it was as painless as it could have possibly been. The best. Snowden's came highly recommended and they outperformed all expectations. My tree guy even remarked "you've got the right roofers on the job-they're the best there are". Linn and Karen are perfect professionals and as a husband/wife team you don't get a lot of third-person mis-communication, misunderstandings, confusion, or "I wasn't told that". All work is described and dicussed in a plain, conscientious manner so you never in the dark and you can have confidence that professionals are performing the work on your home. I was referred to Tried and True Roofing from a business that I had previously done business with. I contacted Phillip Oliver and he came by that day to measure, and gave me an estimate before he left. He was 25% of the cost of the next closest estimate, AND he was responsive thoughout! With his estimate being so low, one would be wary of the quality of workmanship. Since the business that recomended him is top notch, I had few reservations. Admittedly, much of the work that was estimated by others was unnecessary. Within 3 weeks of my first contact, my repair was COMPLETE! Phillip and his crew were professional, prompt, dedicated, hard working, efficient, and completed the work in a day and a half! They did a great job with cleanup too.
