So far none of them have been completed yet he charged me every week, even when wasn't done. He always claimed it was for materials and payroll. During the time Carl and his crew were working here he had excuses for 26 to 30 days that no one showed. It's always something with him. I have specific dates and excuses written down. I did the math and I've paid Carl $13,767 for some work on my porches, 3 gates, 3 ceiling fans hung (out of 7) and a few wood boards. Don't hire this guy.

However, they only shoved fiberglass insulation around the edges of the windows and that's not how it should be done. The door and shutter job was okay, not great. Shutters were not the size we agreed on. It's been several years and they are not returning phone calls after four months of trying to get the door sweep fixed. I also need the two windows I didn't have done replaced, but they're not returning my calls.

Instead of scheduling someone that would be able to explain our questions. However, he was very nice and from what I can tell his measurements were on point. They allowed us to keep their information over the weekend to see the products, that was great. However; we were sent a quote that either they are high or delusional. Apparently when you order from this company you are paying all of their operating costs. Blinds that will cost you $300-350 or less on Amazon for the same materials, this company wants $1500-1750 plus tax. I believe their prices are based on the home, and toys you have in or around your home. They quoted nearly 10k for 11 windows. I can literally purchase all new windows for that cost. I was asked multiple questions by the owner, to confirm my status "class" of money. Not only does that makes you feel uncomfortable, but they then offered us junk they had for paper window shades. I don't want your trash, I just don't want to be ripped off, because you had a bad month selling blinds. As we left we were told that they would adjust the quote and have it to us in about 30 min. 3 hours later, still no quote.
