This has always been my go to place for all my liquor and wine needs. They are sometimes busy but that's what happens when you have very competitive prices I found a great sale for a bourbon that I wanted to buy but it was for the new place down the road that I wasn't too impressed with. I asked if they would honor the sale price and they didn't hesitate to do that for me. They are loyal to me and I am loyal to them. read more

I could swear they have significantly increased the number of wines they carry from the Niagara Wine Trail and the Finger Lakes. Local wines can be found on an aisle that stretches from one end of the store to another. They have Montezuma's Fat Frog Pink, which I have not found anywhere else local. Hopefully they carry their mead one of these days too because it's great. They also have my favorite Pink Diamond from Honeymoon Trail Winery for under $10. You will also find all the national wines and spirits you could possibly want, as well as popular brands of Saki and Plum wine. Prices are great. Service is excellent. read more

If you are into Bourbon's and fill out the special request (witch they won't tell you the price until it actually comes in) they call you when what you requested comes in then proceeds to tell you they are goin to charge you 200% more then the owner of the store bought it for. When you ask about the price the woman who runs the store gets a snotty pissy attitude and then proceeds to yell at you "DON'T BUY IT THEN IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE PRICE"!!!! read more

This is hands-down the best liquor store in WNY. The bad news, it's in Lockport. So unless you are in Lockport, it's not so convenient. I'd be shocked if you went in there with a long "grocery" list and didn't find every single thing you need. The selection beats anyone else and prices are right too. Also, just a note: If they do business with a winery but do not carry a specific label, just ask. They can order it, but only by the case. I did this once and gave a few bottles as gifts while keeping a few for myself. They actually started carrying that wine regularly after that. read more

This place no doubt had one of the best prices around. The store is clean and organized and they have a wonderful variety of things to choose from. The reason that I give this place only 3 stars instead of 5 is because of some of the employees. Most of the employees are fabulous and very helpful but I have come across some that are so rude that I NEVER want to go back again. I hope they see this and fix this issue. Liquor Up Front! I cant say enough about Wine & Liquor Outlet. They have all bunches of wine and drinks and margaritors and not beer. I like to go in there before a party and find stuffs my friends can drink thats' cheap and not expensive to buy. They drink alot. Does that make me an enabler? I used to take there car keys, but I would sometimes loose them and they would have to stay for the weekend until I cleaned the house. They have boxes' too! I like this place a lot, but if you're in a hurry to grab a bottle of something on your way to a party, you might want to ask for assistance. The aisles are crowded and the wine bottles are a bit dusty sometimes, but it's fun to browse here. I actually prefer these guys to Premier (but when it's double-up-for-a-buck time at Premier, you really have to go to Premier...sorry) and they will always special-order anything you want. I wish they would just go ahead and keep my fave MerryVale Starmont Cabernet Savignon in stock, though. It's delish! read more

WOW! Great prices, huge selection. If you are buying in bulk, it is worth the trip. Although don't get me wrong, you don't need to buy multiples to get the savings. I say that because is it pretty far up there, I just happen to work up that way and I thought running in on my lunch hour is better than being the mom who drags her daughter to the liquor store for "mommy's juice" The prices are so good, I was able to buy 3 bottles of wine for what I normally would have paid for one. And they even have the exotic stuff you think unheard of if Lockport. I totally say its worth the trip! read more

This liquor store has a huge selection and you will definitely find what you are looking for. The store can be a little over whelming but more often than not one of the employees is walking around and will be happy to point you in the right direction. I would give this store a 5/5 if ever time I went in I didn't have to wait for someone to UNLOCK the high end BOURBON and SCOTCHES. Perhaps the store should have some sort of a ticket system where you grabbed a ticket of the item you wanted that was locked up and brought it up to the counter where they had the item behind the counter locked up. read more

Came here Monday 2/13. Excellent prices and selections. Customer service was really good. I couldn't find an item and one of the staff was able to locate it for me. Only downside is it's in Lockport and I live in the Southtowns. Really that's my problem not theirs. I wish i did not have to give a star to be able to post a review. I have visited this establishment numerous times since i moved to Lockport 6 years ago. Today was the worst experience i have ever encountered. I feel like i was targeted because i was African American. There were ever so people in the line ahead of us and i notice NO ONE was ID. It's our turn and the guy was about to cash us out and a lady in a stripped shirt whispers to him and says ask for their ID ok no problem we are of age, so we hand them our ID and he goes and scans it. In the mean tone i am looking at all the other registers and Nono e is being ID but us so i look to my boyfriend and say aloud do you notice no one else is being ID but us and i look at the lady n she says oh i mean and walks off. Is it because we were African American and everyone else in the establishment was Caucasian? I will never go and spend money here ever again because i should never feel targeted because i spend money just like everyone else. read more

Our favorite liquor store to go to! If you're a "regular", you always get the warmest interactions with employees. They're always so sweet and helpful. We recently moved where there's a liquor store right across the street from us, but we still drive to this one out of preference. Highly recommend it to anyone in the local area! read more
