My dog has been groomed at this location consistently and regularly in May, July, September, and December of 2025, as well as April 2026. I have always kept him up to date on his grooming appointments and have paid for services that include nail trimming and nail cutting. Because he is groomed on a routine schedule, there is no reason a nail should have been allowed to become so overgrown that it curled into his paw and became ingrown. This was not something that happened overnight. It developed over multiple grooming visits and was repeatedly missed despite my dog being seen regularly and despite me paying for nail care services. I trusted that his nails were being properly maintained during each appointment, but that clearly did not happen. As a result, I had to take my dog to the vet today and was left with a $300 veterinary bill to treat a painful condition that should have been identified and prevented during routine grooming. What is most upsetting is that my dog suffered unnecessary pain and discomfort because this issue was neglected over time. As pet owners, we trust professional groomers to provide the services we pay for. Based on my experience, I feel my dog's nail care was neglected despite multiple visits and paid nail cutting/trimming services. I hope management takes this matter seriously, reviews its grooming practices, and ensures other pets do not experience the same situation.

I picked up some freeze dried Instinct brand raw boost mixers to supplement lil Lucie's dry food. The staff was friendly and helpful. I don't know how competitive pricing is here compared to other shops but I liked this place regardless.

Tyler is so reliable--he was always punctual and never missed a scheduled visit. He quickly diagnosed and fixed 2 (maybe 3?) pond emergencies (heavy-duty overflows due to rain or other factors), coming over within a few hours of my frantic messages that the pond was overflowing into my yard, the neighbors yard and the sidewalk. He is talented, responsible, intelligent (every diagnosis he made when things weren't working perfectly was correct), friendly, reliable, and affordable. After waiting about 25 minutes and the store not being open, my wife walked and asked an employee what was going on, and the employee said the manager wasn't there to open the store and it happens "more often than you would think." My wife left, not wanting to wait god knows how long for the store to open. She then got a call telling her we missed our appointment. We didn't miss it, the store was closed. I then tried calling the store to get the corporate office number. The woman on the phone told me it was Melissa's fault. She told me me MELISSA IS THE STORE MANAGER AND SHE WASNT THERE TODAY!!!!! I repeat, she told me #1 Melissa is the store manager, #2 Melissa was in charge of opening the store this morning and #3 she wasn't there today. After I asked why she was in charge of opening the store, if she isn't there today, she admitted that she was Melissa. The woman on Phone told me she, MELISSA, was the store manager, and she, MELISSA, wasn't there today. Wouldn't be surprised if her name wasn't even actually Melissa the pathological liar she is. I had my Sheltie in for grooming yesterday, and prior to the appointment, I spoke with the groomer…read moreby phone to clearly explain what I wanted -- a trim and to have her undercoat brushed out. When I arrived to pick her up, I was absolutely shocked to find that she had been completely shaved. This is not only negligent but demonstrates a serious lack of understanding of proper grooming for this breed. Shaving a Sheltie is harmful and can cause permanent coat damage, skin irritation, and increased risk of sunburn and heat stress. My dog is a beautiful, lively Sable Sheltie, and now she looks and feels nothing like herself. I am extremely upset and disappointed with the service I received. For reference, it is never appropriate to shave a Shetland Sheepdog. Their double coat serves to regulate temperature, protect from sun and moisture, and insulate against both heat and cold. Shaving removes this essential protection and can cause irreversible harm. I provided explicit instructions for a trim and brush-out only, so I am at a loss as to how this happened. I will be posting a detailed review with before and after photos. I have had her at this groomer before and it was done properly. I don't know if I can trust to bring her back again. If I could give negative stars I would.

I was looking for a calming spray to purchase. The state of the dog wash area is awful. First of all it smelled like literal shit. Staff is not cleaning up in between customers. There is no conditioner! You get your two towels when you prepay for your wash, however, when I put the towel on the table, there was urine so I had one towel left. There is only one bin which people put trash and dirty towels in. I saw other customers grab things like toothbrush, toothpaste, unopened, and use in the dog wash area, which made me very uncomfortable. The entire place is filthy. Most importantly there is no height insert table to wash small dogs. There is also no grooming hooks to safely secure your animals while bathing or drying. Some equipment is broken. First and last experience here!
