Another adorable plant from Out of the Closet
Paige A.

Favorite vintage shop(s) of all time. They have five incredible and super unique separate stores all bundled into a massive barn/warehouse - literally something there for everyone. I go with my mom a bunch, but I've now brought at least four friends, my brother, and my dad - they all were OBSESSED. There's a mostly mid-century place (White Dog Vintage) , a farmhouse chic shop (Channel Shabby Rose) , a truly antique and estate sale vibe (Remarkable Cleanouts) , a shop with new, old, and vintage artisanal pieces all together (Shiplap and Chandeliers), and my FAVORITE is the queer-owned vintage and plants shop with a little section for events and crafting (Out of the Closet). Bottom line, you've gotta go.

So many vendors. Items old and new. The prices seemed reasonable. Loved the vibe. I'll go back again for sure.

It was so cute, it looked like little section shops with each section having its own unique style. There was soooooo many items I honestly could have left with a lot more but I had to control myself. Great selection of vintage items and some unique pieces. The prices range but still reasonably priced. The young ladies at checkout were so sweet, they loved the custom tapestry Mickey jacket I made and said I should look into selling a few of my pieces. I really enjoyed this store and I can't wait to go back. There was nothing I didn't enjoy

Vintage fashion, unique items of yesteryear, and new artisan crafts and practical gifts are meticulously displayed in attractive booths from different owners. Excellent reuse of a historic building. The entrance is #12, just past the overhang connecting this old mill to another terrific old brick mill (that hasn't had a renaissance just yet). You may wonder if this shop is still open, but it is just set back a bit. Worth seeking out!

I love this shop. I drive over 3-4 weekends every month and take a look around. Always interesting…read morestuff. I like the pricing system. It's fun treasure hunting. I've bought several items, both big and small, and I am very happy with my finds. On the previous reviews I read - the one review with the baby carriage is simply BIZARRE. If one is walking around with a baby carriage covered with a blanket and a store employee can't see what or who (or even if anything or anyone is in there), then it is a valid question to ask about your baby. Also, it is bizarre that someone would walk around in this consignment shop with a stroller anyway. Lady, get a babysitter. Also, get a thicker skin. If people ask about your baby, don't take offense. Looks like other complained about not being greeted when they walked though the door. Were they expecting trumpets and confetti? I've always felt welcomed in there and the staff is very pleasant and kind. I like that they leave me alone and let me explore. They're always helpful when I need them. YAY Fiddleheads!!
