From the first meeting, he was on time, focused, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for us. What really impressed us was that he never acted like a salesperson -- no pressure, no upselling, just honest advice and real expertise. Another thing that stood out is that Hektor was hands-on throughout the entire project. He did the work himself with the help of his team, but he was clearly the one leading and making sure every detail was done right. He even came back to go over details in person and worked with us so we could pay for materials with our credit card, which made things so much easier to manage. Even when Phoenix had an unusual week of rain, he stayed in touch to make sure our materials were safe. Once the weather cleared, he showed up right on time, suggested raising the patio height (which turned out to be the best decision ever), and coordinated the stucco work so everything looked seamless. They sent someone out that same day and fixed the problem and, when he was done, you couldn't even tell there were any issues. The staff was super helpful and, in the end, I'm a very happy customer.

I'm not sure how you square "not soliciting" and "marketing" together, but Rocky somehow managed that in his mind. I won't buy from anyone else! After having recently moved to Az my family and I found ourselves in a large house with a need for ceiling fans. We looked at a number of stores in the valley but none as good as East Valley Fans and Blinds. We were greeted promptly upon walking in the store and Joe took the time to walk us through a number of options that might work for us. There ws ZERO pressure and a lot to chose from. Joe was patient as my wife and I debated the different options. In the end we bought 9 ceiling fans! These guys price match online retailers! Yes you heard me right! AND thy do free fan installation!! This alone saved me between 600 to 900$ vs having a handyman or electrician install them. When a couple have needed balanced they have come right out and taken care of it. Great service, great communication skills, great prices and a great installation experience. DON"T go anywhere else! Nobody will give you the de3al and treat you as good as these guys do! I have been telling all my friends. read more

Visited this store in September 2021. The sales agent was very nice in helping me select my desired fans and choose bar lights. I had both installed today by Sam, the installer who did an awesome job. Sam was very thorough and took his time. No wobbles on the fan and the bar lights are elegant! Sam is a real asset for EVFB and represents them very well. He even fixed a few shoty mistakes from a local Apache Junction Electrical company which did the first install. I have been avoiding big box stores and this is a locally-owned shop. It can be a bit overwhelming to walk in and see so many options - especially because this is my first time buying my own ceiling fan - but the employees make time to discuss your room sizes, style preferences, aesthetics, price points, all of it. They have options for EVERY style and budget right there in the store... as well as a table of thick books with thousands more options. I landed on some high-end fans, which feels worth it to me because I don't foresee wanting to switch these up for many years (if ever). They are Minka-Aire stainless steel fans with lights, very modern looking and high-quality. I was educated a bit as well, and these are meant to run continuously, meaning my home will get the fresh-air feeling year-round! I paid for the fans after I ordered them, and then they scheduled installation for just two weeks later - the installer showed up a little bit early (which I loved) and got five fans installed in exactly two hours, which was the window they'd provided me. He set up a table and assembled the fans in the home, and mentioned these particular fans happen to have more parts than most so they took a little more time to assemble. He left no trace, taking out the boxes and everything, leaving not a stitch of dust or debris anywhere. He also mounted the remote control holders to the wall, next to my light switches (at my request) so they don't get lost. I am so thrilled with this experience!

We have one fan on back order (we ended up buying three to match since only two were in stock). Chris sent over Patrick to install the two they had available so we would have them by the time our guests come by. We are hopeful that the third fan will come in soon but so far we have nothing but good things to say about them.

Meanwhile, Kevin finally responded to my call, came to take a look, and made some notes about the issue. We scheduled a time for him to return and adjust the panel.
