Steven and Karsten from The Wire Guy Electric we're friendly and honest. Steven was quick to respond with pricing and availability. When they showed up promptly at 8am, I showed them a list, walked them around once to show them what I was thinking and we went from there. They hit it right on the money. I had them to install a bunch of interior ceiling boxes for existing lights, put in new ceiling boxes and switches in a couple closets and fix up the outside lighting/electrical with proper conduit and waterproofing, etc. A lot of stuff. They handled it all nicely. They both double checked with me as they went along to make sure I was good with everything. Just used The Wire Guy to install a 220v line to my backyard for my new spa. They were very easy to schedule and communicate with; they also came in with very reasonable pricing. Steven (owner I think) also did the minor stucco repair himself AND located a trencher to run the line (all included in the 1 quote). Highly recommend! The reviews are spot on about Steven and Karsten! After obtaining a few quotes, we went with The Wire Guy. They came out today to replace our track lighting with recessed lighting, added external lighting in a couple of areas, added dedicated circuits (we had issues with multiple appliances on one which caused continuous breaks), added additional outlets, and we had them clean up wiring in the attic. Ok I usually don't take the time to review an already 5 star reviewed company but I have to with these guys! They showed up on time and talked about my options in what I needed done. They jumped right on it and didn't up the initial price estimate. I ended up having them do way more work but I couldn't walk away from their great rate! Steven is such a great electrician. His prices are fair and he knows what he is doing. I bought a historic home from the 1930s it has a guest house that was....let's just say it had seen better days. I messaged about 10 electrical companies on here, all with great reviews and great response times. I needed a tv mounted in my bedroom. And I needed an outlet put behind that tv, some of the companies wouldn't give me quotes online, others mentioned outrageous trip charges, and other quoted me between $400-$500. The wire guy got back to me right away and quoted me $230 for everythin and no trip charge. The only problem was that they were booked out for about a week, but Steven came on a Saturday, yesterday, 8 days after I originally messaged him. He apologized for not being able to get out sooner, and gave me another 10% off. My total came out to $207, what other companies wanted to charge double for. I am completely satisfied, and it was totally worth the wait. I recommend getting ahold of the wire guy for your next project. read more

Messaged several companies this morning for quotes to install recessed can lights. A couple companies gave me quotes around $150 per light, even one said $175 per light. The wire guy gave me a quote almost half of that. And was able to come out today on my day off and install the lights. Steven was the technician, and he was very professional and clean, and the best part is that my lights look great! I'm so excited to have a bright kitchen now. I needed two ceiling fans installed, a new switch for one, and a problem with our kitchen lights figured out. Steven was quick to give a quote and very professional. I had them out today and they were on time and walked through everything I needed. Steven had to run to Lowe's to get a few things for the job and was happy to do so. We discovered it would be cheaper and better overall to just replace our kitchen lights. The lights and fans look great, they swapped the switch out at no charge, and they wiped things up before they left. We agreed on a date and time to have a whole house surge suppressor installed and an electrical outlet (and outlet box) replaced.
