BDC made financial aspects painless with their dedicated person for insurance and financing for the extensive work I needed. My prior dentist did not even take insurance. His staff is fantastic, his office is quaint, there is no wait when you have your appointment, and he is such a professional and current with all the dental practices. Really, I was blown away. Dawn at the front desk checked me in and out and set up my next appointment and checked my insurance to explain what they covered, she was very thorough, professional and did it all with a Smile, you could tell she is very experienced and good at her job. I had an appointment this morning and was surprised to see so many changes. A new sign is going up…read morewith a new name, Your Smile Dental. The name is changed but the number is still the same and Dr. Parnagian is still there. There is also new staff. They checked me in right away and I wasn't waiting long at all before I was called into the back. I had to have some molds done, I'm getting a crown in 2 weeks. Dr. Parnagian is the only dentist I trust to give me the quality of care that I deserve. His work is the best around town and it will probably outlast me.
