I have a small mouth so naturally my mouth does not open as wide as some others and Dr. Capone and his hygienist worked with me on that but Dr. Shor basically yelled at me because it wouldn't open any wider for her while she was working on me after keeping me waiting for 30MIN to see her. She is also a bit unhygienic, blowing her nose with gloves on and then trying to get right back into my mouth without washing her hands and changing gloves. If it doesn't work in the food industry I'm sure it wouldn't be allowed in dentistry. Not only that but after having a cavity filled by her 2 weeks ago, my tooth is still sensitive and I can't chew on that side at all when I never had any pain before. Once she fixes whatever she did wrong on my filling I will not be returning, I may not even be returning for that.

After they took a full set of x-rays, photos of all my teeth and other things MANY of which were both unnecessary and not covere. She and her business manager met with me. The teeth could not be saved. I needed to make an appointment with the surgeon from CT WHO DOESN'T take any insurance according to them needs to be paid in full in advance. TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE! Since I was in pain I paid and made an appointment. Upon arrival I was presented by a (3) page consent to treat form which listed 20 things that could go wrong. I said that I did not want to sign it. I was Told if I refused he would not treat me. I said,"When will I get a refund". I don't know I was told after all he came fromCT. I could not lose $1,242.00 so I signed. I later found he saw 20 patients that day. When they filled out the claim form they showed that they were not paid and kept my insurance reimbursement. BEWARE.
