I was offered the nail boards for colors, but asked if I could choose an OPI from the wall, and that was fine. Not sure why the staff offers the nail boards with an unknown polish company. I didn't take forever to choose a color, but they have lots! It's been awhile since I've had my nails done, so this was a special date for myself. Everything was great! I had 2 techs and at the end of the service I paid for my total with credit and two separate tips via Venmo, as I didn't have cash on hand, however, I prefer Venmo because I can calculate the tip with exact payment. My daughter (brown skin) was not offered a beverage, had to wait 30 minutes and saw other people get passed before her. Once my daughter was sat down the nail tech kept getting up to do other things. Nail tech asked my daughter to pay first before receiving any services. Wish I had read the previous reviews about this place being racist towards colored individuals. We own homes in the Lake Murray and San Carlos communities, will not stand for this kind of behavior. I will definitely reach out to EEOC. Don't recommend this place at all.
