The massage/facial room also had a very soothing atmosphere, and they played music in the background. I had Kaia for my facial, and she did an amazing job. Her hands were really gentle, and my face felt super relaxed (I felt like I could fall asleep). I believe she used various moisturizers and products for cleansing, and did exfoliation and extractions (the extractions were surprisingly uncomfortable though and felt like pricks on my skin). The neck and shoulder massage was also nice. Afterwards, my skin was glowing and it felt more hydrated (probably from the steaming too).
