It's clear that the whole team takes pride in their work and cares about their clients. I'm stoked! Next day I contacted Reinas to book, told them I was the one who purchased raffle ticket from winner.... Etc. Lady told me this was being offered by artist Nazzii. I requested her insta.. all checked out... and that very same day she had a cancellation! I was then told to shoot her a text of my brows before the appointment. I then text the photos to Nazzii and immediately she said she doesn't work on brows done by previous artists. Kind of weird since it's a SEMI PERMANENT tattoo that calls for touch ups every 2-4 years (depending on skin type, sun exposure, etc etc.). And In my case, it'd been over three years... ANYWAYS....that was pretty much it. No mention of corrective options, removal, or starting fresh. Just statement that she doesn't work over other artists TATTOO* (ahem-- I don't have tattooed eyebrows!) followed by a message stating that "Microblading is a natural individual hair stroke on natural brows". .....yes this is correct.... And your point is.....???? Pshh Her alternative offer: one brow tint. One brow tint. For a $600 certificate. Ya know... if terms and conditions were disclosed prior to the raffle....All would be fine. And come on ---The original winner couldn't even swap it for a basic brow wax (which is fine they only thread)..... but the fact I couldn't use it for the service it was issued for... no no no. And the business's solution was a single tint service worth maybe $20. In conclusion........Before booking, I'd suggest reading the review directly before mine on this page -- it appears to describe a very different policy about working over previous brow work. Make of that what you will. Zero stars if Yelp allowed it.

10/10 from the service, to atmosphere, to the immaculate vibes that Em gives off. I receive the sugaring Brazilian service and my life has changed ever since I began! My hair would grow in extremely fast and thick, and now I'm astonished on how long it takes to grow back! It has thinned out dramatically since I began approximately 2 months ago. Do your self a huge favor and stop shaving & waxing ! I recently waited over the 3-4 week recommendation to get a maintenance appointment, so I was assuming it would be crazy down there. Em is truly amazing at her job!! When you first walk in she's extremely nice and comforting from the process until you walk out the door. Sugaring is definitely unpleasant but she makes it very comfortable and never misses a hair! I never once felt sore or experienced excruciating pain. She gives you tips on how to maintain. After your first sugaring, the second time and so on are very easy! Best part is, she's super quick! It only takes about 5 minutes. When exfoliating and moisturizing before and a few days after, they last for 4-5 weeks without any hair growth for my experience! Her environment is comforting and she provides hygienic products and a clean space! She's absolutely amazing, I definitely 100% recommend coming in for any of her services!! read more

I have never had such a positive experience! I usually get waxed but I was recommended by a friend to come get surgared with Emily and I felt amazing. She took her time to explain what type of after care I should do so that I don't have any post -removal reactions. I opted to receive a jelly facial on my bikini and it worked wonders! I have never felt so smooth and I did not have any of my usual post hair removal acne or any rashes. The best part is, my hair took much longer to grow back! I was debating and hesitant about starting to sugar wax but it's the best decision I ever made! This was my second time going. And let me tell you! It was amazing! The first time I was so nervous I had to drive and parked outside for an hour because I thought I wouldn't go in. I took an Ibuprofen just in case 30 minutes before, but the pain was not bad. Emily was amazing, so gentle and sweet. She helped me breath through the process which helps a lot. I'm a baby for pain but the second time I forgot to take ibuprofen and it was just ok. I was able to find a space in the small parking lot in front on a weekday morning. The space and decor were really cute, and the atmosphere felt very tranquil overall. The massage/facial room also had a very soothing atmosphere, and they played music in the background. I had Kaia for my facial, and she did an amazing job. Her hands were really gentle, and my face felt super relaxed (I felt like I could fall asleep). I believe she used various moisturizers and products for cleansing, and did exfoliation and extractions (the extractions were surprisingly uncomfortable though and felt like pricks on my skin). The neck and shoulder massage was also nice. Afterwards, my skin was glowing and it felt more hydrated (probably from the steaming too). I would definitely return to Knots in Knead for another facial in the future.

Tay is incredibly thorough, gentle, and respectful--she's not overly talkative, but very warm and patient, especially because I ended up chatting a lot! The facial was one of the least painful I've ever experienced. Her studio is spotless, has just the right amount of space, feels safe, and even has free parking. Online booking was a breeze, and I love that she stays focused on clients instead of juggling phone calls. I'll be back for another facial soon... and hopefully bring my husband in for a treatment too!

She works with my busy/always changing schedule and is always willing to get me in when she can last minute. She has a social and bubbly personality and the session always flies by with the best conversation, which helps distract from everything going on down there! I truly enjoy going to see her every month and our 30 minutes to catch up on things while taking care of some personal business!
