I started reached out Jan 9th-I got a response -the person was looking for my order. As of today, I haven't got no response-just crickets. I ordered off their website (thewoodclass.myshopify.com). When it had been 3 weeks since I placed my order and paid for it, I emailed them to ask the status of my order. I sent 3 e-mails with NO RESPONSE. I then looked them up on Instagram and tried to contact them by phone with the number provided on their Instagram, I left a message and NO RESPONSE. I posted a comment on one of their Instagram posts and they replied, telling me to please DM them. I thought FINALLY I am getting somewhere. I DM'd them immediately and NO RESPONSE!! My order was placed and my items were never shipped. I paid thru paypal, disputed my case but "coast" decided to help me. He dais my order would be shipped. Coast still didn't ship my order, paypal closed my dispute forever and couldn't reopen. So paypal wouldn't reimburse me, coast disappeared no refund, no merchandise. This was placed May 4, 2015. Cool designs, but a lot of their stuff is cheaply made, they use crappy heat press vinyl instead of screen printing (which they do offer some styles in screen print) a lot of their stuff in nothing but poorly done imitations of real brands, I get it, a lot of other brands do that too, but not as crappy as their stuff.. they have "good prices" for a reason.. their stuff is mediocrely made. I will never shop here again. I could find better quality stuff at a Tillys or a pac sun. read more
