They're not just your local mall store ridiculously upcharging by a 20 year old owner. They're your real local store caring about their customers. I didn't want to write this review but the employees and the owner left me no choice. I've always wanted to support small businesses which is why I chose to consign with Breakout and not Stadium Goods/Flight Club. I started consigning with them in 2019 and after every time I dropped off my items I would ask how long it would take for them to be posted online because I want a shop that has a brick and mortar and online presence for increased sales. Every time, they said they would post the items by the end of the day or the next day at the latest. However, this was never the case. They always took at least a week to post my items only after calling them multiple times to ask them if they were going to post my items and/or that they only posted a few of the items while missing the others. Strike 1 for honesty. Strike 2 - I consigned a supreme waist bag where I then saw them post a photo on their IG page with someone who had traded/bought a bunch of items and my bag was in the picture. I knew it was mine because that was the only tan waist bag they had. However, the bag was not marked as sold and I did not get my payout until I called them and asked them if my bag was still available or not. Obviously, it was sold/traded and it wasn't marked as sold which delayed my payout. Strike 2...competency Strike 3 - This was the last and final straw. I consigned a bunch of clothing with them and again they said it would be posted the day I dropped off and again, it wasn't. I had to continually call them to check in since I'm not consigning things so you can place them in your physical store. They take 2 weeks to post all items. Sales are so slow that I decided to withdraw the items after 1.5 months. When I came in-person to withdraw my items, the employee says he couldn't find my items and asks if I could wait an hour for another employee to come find the items because "he'll know where it is." I don't have time to wait so I said to them to find my items and ship them to me and he agrees. ***Note, obviously he couldn't locate anything because they have shoes and bags of clothes piled up to the ceiling behind the counter*** and what was most disappointing was that when the employee tried to find them to see if they were hanging... not 1 piece was displayed. WHY AM I CONSIGNING WITH YOU IF YOU WONT' PUT MY ITEMS UP IN YOUR STORE AND I HAVE TO NAG YOU TO PLACE THEM ON YOUR ONLINE STORE. ---- Fast forward, I asked for everything back on Oct 27th and I didn't receive my items until Nov 19th after calling them almost every other day. I resorted to messaging Carlos (the owner) via FB on Nov 13th and even then he said he would get on it and didn't get my package out until Nov 17th and that was only after I kept bugging him for my tracking and seeing if he shipped it out. If the owner can't even do this 1 simple task after making a customer wait for 2 weeks then I can't consign with them anymore. The incompetency is unreal. When I finally got my package, they only shipped 4 of my pieces when I communicated I wanted ALL of my clothes (a total of 8 items) so thanks for making your customer wait 3 weeks, and only 50% of the items were received. TLDR - If you want to consign with them, don't expect your items to be posted online in a timely manner and know that your clothes might not even hit the shelves and perhaps be sitting in a fat pile behind their counter or in their stock room. read more

This was my first time buying something online from their website because I saw a pair of mocha's for $300 and thought it was a good deal. Honestly not sure if I didn't fill out my info correctly or not but I did enter an apartment number. I saw my package got sent back so I thought picking it up would go fine I was nervous because I was scared I couldn't get them anymore since they got sent back. But I got a good lecturing on just this one time why it was acceptable to give me the shoes since they have PayPal as their shipment provider and when it gets sent back they get charged fees. Items that are consigned below $200 will have a $20 fee while items from $200 plus will have a 10% consignment fee. One thing that stood out to me that sets this shop apart from others, is that the shoe selection they have on display, isn't behind a plastic shield that keeps you from feeling the materials that the shoe you're interested in is made of. They're always updating inventory and posting new arrivals on their Instagram which is nice to see because you can see what's rolling in and if you're interested, stop by and take a look. Not sure about in-store, but avoid purchasing anything from them online. They were advertising same day shipping, so I decided to purchase something. It's now been almost three weeks later, and they have still not shipped anything. To make matters worse, they've ignored any kind of customer support inquiries. I've attempted to contact them over 6 times - and have received absolutely nothing back. No returned emails, no returned social media messages, and no returned phone calls. Not even to acknowledge I've contacted them. I have no idea if or when I'll receive my item at this point.
