The shop is sparkling clean with separate massage chairs away from the manicure stations. Massage chairs are serious and I loved that part. They surprised us with free drinks and popcorn at our chairs, which was a nice touch. It was a hard upsell on the gel polish ($14 extra), but it has lasted perfectly for 3+ weeks now. Never, never, never use ANITA who was more concerned about keeping her clothes /shoes clean and what her fellow technicians were doing instead of my pedicure. Carol is the BEST hands down (funny mom pun?!?). She will always have my business! She never cuts me and I always feel so relaxed and pampered! I hope I don't fall asleep at an appointment but I've been close in the past. I always get SNS & pedi sometimes paraffin and other wax. All services top notch! She cleans up under the nail (never had a nail tech even pay attention to this) and files near cuticles after SNS. Owner is charismatic and always so welcoming! I called asking if they did walk ins and they seemed nice over the phone but I was so wrong. The inside was pretty, but the receptionist was super rude to me practically yelling at me over what I wanted and how I wanted a gradient and not just a nude nail and scolding me over not "knowing the difference" between a gradient and a basic nude. I was so extremely upset because getting my nails done was something my partner was doing for my birthday, I would never recommend this place due to the rudeness and how apparently the design was impossible when I could have probably done it at home. I want to start off by saying I have been going to this nail salon since it opened. Additionally, the service I received by my trusted nail tech, Jimmy, is the best I've received in this area. Up until the last couple of months I've had no issues. My issue is with the management and not the services. I have tried to remedy the issue by speaking with managers however I felt my concerns were not heard. My first issue was them booking clients nearly back to back causing my nail tech to have to rush through my services. This was however remedy after talking with a manager. The next issue that arose was scheduling. I use the scheduling online to book appointments to choose my services and nail tech. I requested several appointments to be booked out around my schedule. There was a day that was somehow double booked, they called to clarify the time at the beginning of the week. However, when I showed up at the time that was verified earlier that week, I was told I missed my appointment time. Most recently, I double check my appointment time via phone to avoid confusion. On my way to my appointment I received a call asking if I was still planning on showing up, I was in route and showed up well before the appointment started. Upon arrival I asked if this was a normal procedure that was always followed and the receptionist replied that is only followed when they are busy. I go to the nail salon on the weekends so they are ALMOST ALWAYS busy. I felt like the way I was greeted and treated lacked the same enthusiasm as other guests, having been a regular for so long I expect the same treatment. I'm waiting from a call from the owner to help remedy these situations however if not I will be going to a different salon. It isn't worth the money for scheduling to be so difficult and to be treated like someone who doesn't show up for appointments. I hope your experience is better than mine. read more

I have only had pedicures at this place. The first time was with my daughter and then I went again recently. It's clean, and very nice and pretty on the inside. The owner is so sweet and everyone there are that way. The owner walks around and asks if there is anything you need. She says she will get it for you. She is very kind. They have a bar so you can order cocktails or anything really. Love it!! It would be perfect to take bridesmaids the day before the wedding or a great place to go with a love one. I have gotten good service both times that I've gone. I had never heard of the place but my daughter had to go to Walgreens in the same center and she wanted to go to have a pedicure and treat me to one and I said this place is near by lets try it. I am hooked. I got a $35.00 pedicure recently because I am trying to save money and it was great! No complaints, the tech told me to sit down after my pedicure afterwards and he gave me a neck massage. I went to pay for and it was $61.00 I gave a 20% tip because I thought he did a good job. I didn't keep the receipt but I think I was charged for the massage. I would have said no but I thought it was free. Anyway, I will know next time. There will be a next time. It is so relaxing that I can't wait for the next time. read more
