Sarah was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She answered every question I had and even sent photos to help explain certain things, which made everything much easier to understand. The customer service was honestly one of the biggest reasons I felt comfortable moving forward with them. The whole process took exactly one week from drop-off to pickup, which I thought was pretty quick. They also let me drop the car off the night before my scheduled appointment, which made things even more convenient. Most recently, I had a front PPF and tint done on my Tesla, and the results were flawless. OCD Detailing is one of the few places capable of tinting the entire Tesla roof using a single piece, with no seams, and it looks incredible.
