Most recently, I had a front PPF and tint done on my Tesla, and the results were flawless. OCD Detailing is one of the few places capable of tinting the entire Tesla roof using a single piece, with no seams, and it looks incredible. Once I arrived at the shop, I called the representative who was supposed to assist us, only to be told that they would not be there until 9:30 AM. That alone was frustrating, and I seriously considered canceling the service at that point, but I decided to go through with it. I eventually received a call from them at 4:00 PM letting me know that the car was ready for pickup. That means the service took approximately 6-7 hours, which was significantly longer than the 4-5 hours I was originally told. Unfortunately, things got even more frustrating after I left the shop. I noticed dents on the rear side panel of the car and immediately informed the representative. Initially, they said that the employees at their shop had nothing to do with the damage. To be fair, they did fix the dents themselves. However, after this experience and their unprofessionalism for wasting my time and causing extreme inconvenience, I'm honestly not sure if I feel comfortable bringing my car back to them or doing business with them again. Take your car someplace else!
