We worked with Miranda Gill and her team on our interior office design. They are AMAZING, everything you can ask for in client service. Very quick on giving a same day response and getting a COI for our office building. We did have a few bumps in the road but that as due to issues with my office building/security; Miranda and her team were so polite, understanding and patient. One thing I loved was how transparent they were on what office plants they recommended, how certain office furniture would work with the plants, and color theory/scene. We have used The Wright Gardner for our indoor house plants for the past year and I recently called Mr. Gardner to discuss some concerns. A). His plant technician (waterer) never knocked, she just let herself in, even if I was home. My dog would go nuts and run after her and she would be agitated and yell at my dog. B). I asked for a set time every visit, so I could make sure to be home to make sure our dog was out of her way. How's that for an idea - knock on your clients door! C). Our plants are covered in dust, and according to Mr. Gardner, dusting/cleaning plants is part of the service. He became irritated and said that he thought it would be best to cancel their services, which I view as extremely unprofessional. I love that I was fired from their business. Also, I think I am being ripped off. I pay $125 a month for plant service which I'm okay with, but a few months ago I purchased some orchids for my bathroom and before they went bad (they were perfectly healthy), the technician removed them and replaced them with The Wright Gardners orchids, and told me I was on the Orchid Program. What's the Orchid Program that I didn't sign up for but was being auto billed? Well for 3 small orchid flowers to be put into my square vase, they were charging me $165 EVERY MONTH. Doesn't that sound like a fabulous program?! Best fire ever. read more

The team at The Wright Gardner are absolute lifesavers! My company moved into our first office about 4 months ago, and TWG has been providing our plant maintenance services for about the past 3 months. Our waterer, Denise, is very professional, friendly and knowledgable. Unfortunately, we did not purchase our plants through TWG - our interior designer purchased all of our office plants through a local nursery. A word to the wise: purchase all your office plants through your plant maintenance company (it should be TWG because their customer service is unbeatable)! Doing so will save you from countless headaches later on... After about 2 months in our new space, we soon discovered little millipedes crawling around on our carpet. As the office manager, this was one of my worst nightmares! I contacted a pest control specialist who identified that the millipedes were living in the soil of all of our large floor plants. He also confirmed that the millipedes had not started in one plant and spread, but suspected that all of our floor plants were infested with bugs when they were installed. I reached out to the nursery that supplied the plants, explained the situation to them, and they agreed to remove all of the plants. I then reached out to Andrea and the TWG team about purchasing new plants. Andrea was extremely empathetic and guided me through the process of selecting new plants and scheduling the installation. TWG worked with our short 2-week timeline and even coordinated the removal with the nursery. Once TWG got involved, the entire process became fairly hands-off for me. On the day of the installation, Dennis and his team were extremely friendly and professional, and completed the installation quickly. We now have beautiful, bug-free plants that I don't have to worry about because I know they are in good hands! I can't thank the TWG team enough for being so supportive and helpful during this minor crisis. Would give my highest recommendation to any office in need of plant maintenance! read more

When a plant was failing, it was replaced immediately. Am now at a different company and was Project Manager for our move to bigger offices. I am quite surprised there are only 2-good reviews for Wright Gardner. I am definitely one that isn't writing a good one. When we first started using Wright Gardner's plant service for our corporate office in San Francisco, in which we have many other offices throughout the bay area, they were providing great service but just recently we started experiencing poor service! Our plants seem to not be getting enough water. There are days that they don't come out when they are scheduled to. I think like some companies out there when they first become a new service provider; whether its for plants, janitorial, etc...-- they do an excellent job in the beginning but after a while their commitment to excellence just starts to go downhill. I would look around for other [corporate] plant companies first before considering the Wright Gardner!! We are looking around ourselves for another company.
