I was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful experience I had here. The process of Covid-19 question screening via phone, checking in at the front desk and being called in, was very efficient. I didn't expect to get called in so quickly. Timing is of the essence, especially when you're holding your pee for an ultrasound. It can mean the difference between feeling fairly comfortable versus borderline bladder torture. In another MIC location, I had to go to the washroom to relieve my bladder a tiny bit, not entirely, just to ensure I was comfortable for the exam. I didn't have to do this here because I didn't wait as long for my exam. The ultrasound tech that I met was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. She introduced herself, explained what she was going to do and proceeded to work. I appreciated that she applied a soothing warm/heated gel on my belly prior to using the ultrasound probe. When you have a fairly full bladder, warm gel is definitely better than getting jolted by cold gel. She provided great customer service. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience here. The the facility was clean and modern. I felt safe coming here during a pandemic. I will be coming back here for future scans.

I suggest you find a driver to drop you off and they can visit Kingsway mall nearby or take transit. The wait time is pretty organized so try to be on time. Same thing wait room, then screening room, another patient waiting room, & finally the appointment. Recommended for anyone who needs specific pain management but you do need a referral with a requisition from your doctor for a specific reason.

Things were timely and explained. The radiologist who gave me a cortisone injection was actually the owner and talked about how pleased she was to be able to meet the need for these services out in Spruce/Stony. She also encouraged me to come back in if the bursitis returns (after 3 months) if it lasts for a week. Good to know rather than leaving it to see if it goes away. I will definitely choose to go here again the future if I need radiology services. Found the clinic very welcoming and efficient. Everything was clean and organized.

After hearing nothing for 30 days I followed up with the Westgate location and they told me there was no schedule and it could be november before I receive a call. I understand there are wait times in the system but to have front end untrained or uninformed is unacceptable. It is unfortunate I now feel the need to write down the names of people I speak with to ensure accuracy. Suggest you look at other providers.

My experience with DATS is you are always late and the wait can go up to two hours.Fortunately I was able to Track Dr. Renderia and he is at the Ellerslie location. Being blessed a friend took me to this appointment. I was so delighted to see him . No Anxiety and no Concerns his demur and Expertise on how to work on me is amazing he has given me hope again. It was done really well and you know what he drained my baker's cyst no problem Did not feel any pain. As for the Physicians who are hearing the patients pain about the arthritis and bakers cyst .It is very difficult for a patient when they have chronic pain a in both knees and a baker's cyst a mist other health issues and to about obesity. It's located within a mall, so you don't have to risk being subjected to the weather outdoors. I've been impressed with the way the staff have been handling the pandemic. I've experienced where they've done a preliminary check of your lab requisition, at a table set up outside the doors of the lab. They also ask you the Covid screening questions. Earlier during the pandemic, they even replaced our non-medical masks (made us put them in plastic bags and put them away) for brand new surgical masks. Though during my last visit, I've noticed that this practice has been changing to allow for non-medical masks. Of course they also have hand sanitizer to use. The staff are quite organized and efficient, considering the volume of people that use their services. I feel safe from Covid, when I'm sitting in the socially distanced chairs in the waiting room. I appreciate the monitors they have (displaying our first names), so you can anticipate when it will be your turn to get called in. The staff I've met have been friendly to me. This is a great lab to go to!
