It was a 45 minute drive one way, and when I arrived, I was told that this appointment was to drop off the car and that they would need at least two weeks to have it diagnosed. Their website said NOTHING about this when I specified what the appointment was for. I was told that the website would have to be updated daily to show accurate wait times. Someone is being paid to maintain this website, so WHY DON'T THEY DO THEIR JOB? WHY DON'T YOU HIRE ENOUGH TECHNICIANS SO YOU CAN SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS? WHY DON'T YOU HAVE ANY CONSIDERATION FOR YOUR CUSTOMER'S TIME? How can they expect someone to leave their car for weeks at a time, especially with no warning when the appointment is made?
