Someone is being paid to maintain this website, so WHY DON'T THEY DO THEIR JOB? WHY DON'T YOU HIRE ENOUGH TECHNICIANS SO YOU CAN SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS? WHY DON'T YOU HAVE ANY CONSIDERATION FOR YOUR CUSTOMER'S TIME? How can they expect someone to leave their car for weeks at a time, especially with no warning when the appointment is made?
