Tips are stolen from employees! I worked there 1 day. Below is a text I sent one of the managers in Xenia. Of course it showed that he read it but I didn't get a reply. And yes, I did find out that the managers take a portion of the workers tips too. They sit in the office 90% of the day. Text to manager as follows: Ok, bear with me here. So .... I was given $83 for yesterdays work. $47 of that was tips. I thought when you explained the tip process it seemed fishy. I counted my partner and I's tips all day bc I had heard rumors about how messed up the process was. At 200pm we pulled in $301 in tips. We were the only 2 who dried vehicles literally non stop for 6 straight hours no breaks. (I left at 200 but I'm sure it was back to back huge trucks till end of business.) Can you explain how it's fair and legit that we (us 2 employees) worked that incredibly hard and earned $301 in tips to only get $47 each?! Our take home at 2pm should have technically been $183.50 each (@5.50 hr) cash as promised. I do not know why we should have to 'share' our tips when we worked so much harder than the other end of the car wash and the managers. That end should split theirs and we should split ours. Are the managers thrown into the tip equation? (Yes they are*) There's an easy process that could be done instead, to make it fair for all your employees. I could explain the process even if people are moved around. If you keep the tip 'sharing' the same way there's no way I can work there. It is not only unfair but quite honestly embarrassing. I would work hard for you and be dependable. I just can't work for change when I earn so much more. read more

I was given the wrong Credit Card was able to contact the owner of that card who was leaving to go to Florida and needed his card. My credit Card was never recovered. I had to Cancel Card and deal with all the Automatic Withdrawals on that account. This should of never happen,,,, I didn't realize I had someone else Card until I was at Lowe's checking out. This is poor Bussiness unacceptable,,.What should be done read more

Took my car to be washed today and asked them to make sure to clean under the rear bumper and behind the rear wheels. The employee said they'd do that. But at home I noticed they didn't do what I asked and I had to get under the back of the car and do it myself. When I called the manager, they said "yes, we have this problem all the time with our employees. I watch them on camera and they still don't do it." They didn't even offer to rewash it. This happens almost every time at Dean's. Would not recommend them to anyone. Now I have to get my truck washed but I will not take it there. Will have to go from Xenia to Beavercreek to get it washed. read more

Went to the Dean's at Wilmington Pike and Whipped Road. Left my car there to have the inside detailed. They also washed the exterior. When I picked it up a it looked like it was brand new. Great job! Thanks, Tim. Fantastic service. read more

BEWARE!!! Was very excited and impressed with this car wash when they first opened in Xenia. Took my vehicles routinely. Last week took two of them and that night it rained, the next morning both were streaked and windows had a foggy glaze. I called and was told no problem just bring back for a comp wash. I took one back next day and was told that the streaks were from ash in the rain from fires. I asked what fires? Was told I don't know that is just what it is. I stated I have 2 other vehicles and those have no streaks from last nights rain. The guy states well thank you pull forward. I went through wash and went home to find a massive deep 7 inch scratch at top of my door. Needless to say they can keep the second comp wash, I WILL NEVER take another vehicle to WASH IT DEAN! Good car wash with hand dry with every wash. I believe they are back to applying Tire Shine by hand which is great! Their machine that applied it would wash it off by the end of the wash and it was useless. Increased review 3 to 4 Stars. read more
