I'm new to spin classes but have been loving the last few weeks with salt fitness! I've been to both studios and taken classes with two different instructors so far. Every class I've been to I have felt encouragement and acceptance from not only the instructors but others taking the class too. It's a great workout--the instructors push you but also remind you that it's YOUR ride and to listen to your body. They are really great at explaining and demonstrating the various movements. From start of setting up your bike to cool down, you never feel confused or unsure if you are doing the right thing. Can't wait to continue to attend spin and try some of their other classes too! read more

This group fitness gym is amazing. I've taken classes with Erin, Jacki, and Lynne and all three of them are awesome! I had taken traditional spin classes before my first SaltCycle class but this was so much more fun! I leave feeling uplifted, motivated to tackle the day (or the evening - depending on the class), and like I worked hard but still had fun. Adding SaltCycle, SaltSurf, and the SaltCycle/Flow class to my workout routine has made working out fun. Additionally the community at Salt Fitness is incredibly welcoming and encouraging, I look forward to seeing familiar friendly faces every class :) read more

Salt Fitness offers fun classes that are exhilarating and a great workout! The spin classes have fun music that ranges over different genres so it's easy to ride along (and sing if you want to get crazy) to a song you like! The atmosphere is charged and the instructors are all awesome and push you to do the best you can do. I hated spin before attending Salt Fitness spin classes, and now I love their spin classes! I also have attended the strength class which does a nice job of hitting all muscle groups. I would recommend Salt Fitness to anyone who wants a fun and engaging workout. read more

Salt Fitness has the best spin classes in the area and I have been to quite a few spots. The classes are great, challenging to your level, and burn some major calories. The instructors are great and offer a great environment to work out. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They have a new location opening up in Milton and offer a variety of classes like "Hustle", "Strive" and "Assault" which are major cardio-weight combination classes . I have struggled with my fitness goals throughout my life and I was bored with the gym. I have never been to Spin Classes before and I was referred to Salt Fitness and I was blown away. Erin, is amazing at what she does! She motivates, encourages and pushes her students. I am so happy that I found Salt Fitness. Salt Fitness is THE best fitness experience I have had. The instructors are fun, challenging, and encouraging and will make you feel welcome immediately! Erin is constantly having events, themed rides, and holiday experiences to take part in. I have been working out with my Salt family for a year and a half, and the workouts are never routine or nonchallenging. This gym has more than just in person indoor cycling classes! They offer virtual classes as well for cycling , flow and strength training since Covid 19.
