I am a long-time fan of Andrea Kennedy as a teacher, first with yoga and now with the amazing Melt Method. I've practiced yoga, (although not faithfully, I must admit) since the 1970s with a variety of teachers. Andrea is the very best of them. She knows bodies, and she is a healer. In recent years she has been offering classes in The Melt Method and has rocked my soul and body. A means of working with the fascia that connects every part of the body, Melt is better than Acetaminophen for what ails. The restorative aspect for your body is proven with a before and after assessment in each session. It feels great and it is a practice I actually stick with.
