I can't even explain how much Chris has helped me so far. I am now able to walk twice as far as before and the pinched nerve in my neck is getting much better. I have cut the use of pain pills in half and life isn't looking as bleak anymore as it was just a month ago. He knows his stuff! I didn't have an appointment and was accepted as a walk-in with no wait. She was very accommodating: offered to turn on the space heater, if I wanted massage oil, how much pressure I wanted. She checked in with me a few times throughout the massage to ensure I was comfortable. What stood out to me was that Lisa added some stretches for my upper back and neck. Dora has all of this experience as a masseuse. It had been many YEARS since I've last had a massage, but pain on the left side of my body brought me to Waukee Massage Spa. I booked a same day appointment online which was easy to do. However, next time I'll book via phone since Dora gets so busy she may not have time to check appointments online. My appointment started at 3pm but I arrived 20 mins early. Dora was able to take me early so I started my appointment at 245pm which I appreciated. I was taken to a private room with a very comfortable massage table. The temperature in the room was great too. Dora provided a fantastic massage with great pressure and got rid of all the tension in my body (and I had a lot). She worked so hard the entire hour of my appointment and maintained the pressure the entire time. She is a miracle worker!!!
