    Customer service at its best with a touch of class! My husband and I were seeking a new car due to our family expanding and was referred to Dion at The Car Guys. Dion saved us a tremendous amount of time going from lot to lot and helped us avoid the usual hassles of buying a car, which was what I needed being 9 months pregnant. He was able to find us the best rate for a luxury SUV (2016 Lexus RX 350) with our ideal monthly payment plan and interior/exterior preference from Glendale Lexus. Such a great deal when compared to other models and dealers that we couldn't refuse. Dion and his Executive Assistant, Serene, personally drove my husband and I down to the Glendale Lexus and ensured we were taken cared of from start to finish. While waiting for our car, we were offered freshments, computer/Internet access, and massages. Glendale Lexus quickly cleaned my car and it appeared as if the wait wasn't long enough (I wouldn't have minded an extra few minutes on the massage chair). Not only was I impressed at that point, when called in to sign purchasing documents, Sam Najarian had everything pre-filled and I was done with this process in less than 10 minutes---really, it was that fast. We had such a pleasant experience with The Car Guys (Not to mention we were able to have a quick getaway from Fresno!). I recommend Dion and his team for any car purchases!

    I can't say enough great things about Dion at The Car Guys. It was time for me to get out of the ticking time bomb I was driving. I needed something reliable and affordable... and fast as my previous car had no AC and I wasn't going to go thru another 110 degree summer. So my mom took me straight to Dion. A few years ago my mom was shopping for a broker and had met with several that she wasn't impressed with. Then she met Dion and knew right off the bat he was the guy she was going to do business with. He is so sincere. She was so happy with him and the nissan he got her, that when it was time to upgrade she went back to him and got her Lexus. Now my new Sentra is the 3rd car our family has gotten from Dion. He knew and understood what I could financially do monthly and got me the best deal. There was never any pressure or pushiness that you would get by going to a dealership. He listens to what you want and is realistic about cost. He never tries to up sell you and get you into something you can't afford. He truly has your best interest at heart. Mom and I were in his office for an hour on Tuesday going over options for me, and I picked up my new car on Thursday, took about 15 min to sign the docs and I was driving away. He texted me and kept me updated on everything, and answered any questions I had. Bottom line, my mom and I couldn't be happier with Dion at The Car Guys. He is such a genuine person and you can tell that he really loves what he does. Making people smile. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to own or lease a new car. I hope he never retires, he is the only guy we will go to!

I went to see the vehicle that I wanted, asked the right questions, and made sure of the conditions of the vehicle were Ok. Here are some tips for any future customer. 1. You must advice the salesman if you are Interested In Buying or Looking Around. Ben wants to know how he can help you with the vehicle that you want. 2. Point out the vehicles you are interested and from there decide if you are serious or just looking around. 3. If you are serious, then continue these steps - Test Drive- Yes, with valid insurance and ID card - REVIEW VEHICLE- these cars are AS IS. - Check the fluids, tires, sound, smells of the engine 4. Helpful tips - Prices- Are fair but negotiable to some extent. - Vehicle Conditions- "As is ". What you see is what you get - Warranty- No. Once its off the lot, there are no returns - STATE LAW warranty- Yes (48 hours return) with an extra deposit. (optional) Overall Ben help me get the vehicle that I want. I made sure of what I wanted and reviewed the vehicle so that I will not make any mistake of my purchase. Signing the paperwork was quick and easy.

I said I would pay with a check and he said he would change the price to $8,999 if I paid with anything else but cash. I told him I would go file a complaint at the DMV And he took down all his cars from Marketplace.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience with Blackstone Chevrolet that I feel other buyers…read moreshould seriously take into consideration. I purchased a used vehicle from them at full sticker price. Despite the car being a few years old with visible imperfections on both the exterior and interior, the sales team refused to negotiate at all. While that was already frustrating, I moved forward because I needed a vehicle immediately. At the time of purchase, I was offered a "complimentary" detail, wax, and polish and was told it would only take a few hours. Based on that, I took the car home and scheduled a follow-up appointment on my day off. When I returned for my 10:00 AM appointment, I was suddenly told the service would take the entire day--completely different from what I was originally promised. I dropped my car off at 10 AM and didn't receive any notice until 4:30 PM that it was ready. That alone showed a clear lack of communication and respect for my time. When I came to pick up my car, no one greeted me or offered assistance. I had to ask for my keys myself, and when they were handed to me, I was given no direction as to where my vehicle was located. I walked around the lot trying to find it, only to realize it wasn't there. I had to go back inside--this time with my fiancé--and ask again, only to be told it was at a completely different building. After finally locating my car, I noticed the floor mats were not properly put back. Even worse, two of my personal USB-C cords were missing. When I addressed this, I was told they would "look for them" and have them ready the next day. I explained that I should not have to drive back from Clovis to retrieve items that never should have been removed. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered me a worn, used replacement cord--which was completely unacceptable. I was then told their detailer "has a stack of cords" and they would try to find mine, and the manager offered to meet me in Clovis to return it. Then, to make matters worse, I received a voicemail from my salesperson admitting that my vehicle had actually been taken OFF-SITE to another location for the detailing service--without my knowledge or consent. At no point was I informed that my car would be driven elsewhere, nor was I given the opportunity to approve that decision. This raises serious concerns about transparency, accountability, and trust. As a customer, I entrusted them with my vehicle, and they chose to send it somewhere else without even informing me--then attempted to shift responsibility when issues arose. Between the refusal to negotiate, the misleading information, the poor communication, the lack of professionalism, my personal items going missing, and now the discovery that my vehicle was handled off-site without my consent--this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to think twice.
