    My sister found a great very low mileage car today.

    Mazda cars have been popular with several family members for many years. My sister was in the market for a car and decided that it was time to give Mazda a try. We stopped by Fresno Mazda due to the fact that the Certified Pre-Owned Mazda's in stock had fewer miles than the dealership that we would have preferred due to the distance from her home. We stopped in and were immediately greeted by Jose who gave my sister his undivided attention. The car that she wanted to look was a 2017 Mazda 3 Touring with 14,000 miles. The car was still available and she immediately took it for a test drive. A deal was made, financing was painless and she was on her way with a lovely new/used car. The selection of cars was quick minuscule, unless you are looking for an SUV which were in abundance. There were very few new or certified pre-owned used cars in stock. Perhaps the small inventory is due to the COVID-19 situation, but who knows. A strong four-star Yelp due to the small inventory. I would recommend giving Fresno Mazda a try.

    Also besides not getting the loyalty discount from Mazda I bought a premium Mazda cx50 and navigation was not included they wanted 700.00 more to add a simple memory card and this is a premium Mazda,I ended up buying the navigation card from Amazon for 44.00.

    Hunter in service was beyond rude on the phone, I've been with Mazda for so long and this year I've had such horrible experiences.

I purchased a used vehicle from them at full sticker price. Despite the car being a few years old with visible imperfections on both the exterior and interior, the sales team refused to negotiate at all. While that was already frustrating, I moved forward because I needed a vehicle immediately. At the time of purchase, I was offered a "complimentary" detail, wax, and polish and was told it would only take a few hours. Based on that, I took the car home and scheduled a follow-up appointment on my day off. When I returned for my 10:00 AM appointment, I was suddenly told the service would take the entire day--completely different from what I was originally promised. I dropped my car off at 10 AM and didn't receive any notice until 4:30 PM that it was ready. That alone showed a clear lack of communication and respect for my time. When I came to pick up my car, no one greeted me or offered assistance. I had to ask for my keys myself, and when they were handed to me, I was given no direction as to where my vehicle was located. I walked around the lot trying to find it, only to realize it wasn't there. I had to go back inside--this time with my fiancé--and ask again, only to be told it was at a completely different building. After finally locating my car, I noticed the floor mats were not properly put back. Even worse, two of my personal USB-C cords were missing. When I addressed this, I was told they would "look for them" and have them ready the next day. I explained that I should not have to drive back from Clovis to retrieve items that never should have been removed. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered me a worn, used replacement cord--which was completely unacceptable. I was then told their detailer "has a stack of cords" and they would try to find mine, and the manager offered to meet me in Clovis to return it. Then, to make matters worse, I received a voicemail from my salesperson admitting that my vehicle had actually been taken OFF-SITE to another location for the detailing service--without my knowledge or consent. At no point was I informed that my car would be driven elsewhere, nor was I given the opportunity to approve that decision. This raises serious concerns about transparency, accountability, and trust. As a customer, I entrusted them with my vehicle, and they chose to send it somewhere else without even informing me--then attempted to shift responsibility when issues arose. Between the refusal to negotiate, the misleading information, the poor communication, the lack of professionalism, my personal items going missing, and now the discovery that my vehicle was handled off-site without my consent--this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to think twice.

I bought a certified pre-owned 2024 HRV and my driver's seat won't stay adjusted and it sinks within a 20 minute drive and Clawson Honda refuses to fix this issue. I've never had this problem with any car I've owned. I'm a short gal so I need my seat adjusted pretty high up. I went out of town and it was a 3 hour drive and I could barely see over my steering wheel at the end of the trip BECAUSE MY DRIVER'S SEAT SINKED SO MUCH. You can audibly hear it clicking as it sinks!!!! It's insane to me that Clawson Honda REFUSES TO FIX THIS ISSUE. Paying $27k for a car and it's defective right off the lot is criminal. Even before leaving the dealership I noticed a haze on my windshield which obstructed my view. I chalked it up as the windshield being dirty. 4 days pass and it rains heavy, the windshield is still hazy and on top on that my windshield was leaking!!! I contacted the sales person(Dulce) immediately and getting any sort of response from her was like pulling teeth. The windshield ordeal lasted a month. I must've made 5 different trips to Clawson wasting gas and my time and I still have issues with this vehicle. The fact they sent me a warranty card in the mail is a slap in the face too.
