Lysted.com sent me a text to open account including asking for social security account number. RED FLAG! When I went to look back at my ticket to list on Stub Hub, I noticed there was only a Row A, no exact seat. I contacted them to ask what my actual seat number is and got the response, "your ticket will be delivered on January 30, 2026," the day before the concert! When I told them this was not okay, I would give them until Monday (7 days after the purchase) to provide an exact seat or I will contact my credit card company. After that statement to them I have received 3 calls a day, multiple emails and text messages to try to resolve before escalating with my credit card company. My message to them was simple, provide an exact seat or I will escalate. My card company is now working on it.

Tried to find the location to pick up in Outlet Food Court Concierge Desk. It took a lot of time to find location only to find out it takes 24 hours to process? I have never heard of this before, especially after they have already received my money. I'd tried to contact the company myself several times but only got voicemail. However, Ruby who was at the Concierge Desk, was a huge help and was able to contact the owner and get my tickets sent to me instead through email. OTC was able to send my tickets that same night. So overall OTC did come through as promised and I now have my tickets. Just wanted to let others know to only receive tickets by e-delivery and that it could take up to 24 hours to have them processed. The website will also show the status of your order.

Very bad experience. We were left stranded at the airport…read more Terrible service. Our flight landed and we contacted Leonardo, exactly as he had instructed us. He told us to contact him again when we were ready to leave the airport. We were arriving on a 10-hour international flight, and it took approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes for our luggage to come out. We then had to go through immigration. Once we had finally completed the whole process, we contacted him again, but he did not answer the phone for around 20 minutes. When he finally answered, he told us that he had no drivers available and would not refund our money, claiming that more than one hour had passed since our flight had landed. The worst part is that he left us stranded at Orlando Airport with three young children, without offering us any alternative whatsoever--not even the option of paying an additional fee to arrange another driver. We find this way of operating particularly problematic when dealing with passengers arriving on international flights. It is entirely predictable that more than an hour may pass between the plane landing, collecting luggage, and going through immigration. If the service does not allow for this, customers should be clearly informed before booking and, above all, offered some kind of solution when delays occur. A terrible experience and a service I would absolutely not recommend. In our case, it was much more reliable and straightforward to simply order an Uber directly from the airport.
