After 5 phone calls to book my hotel reservations to Rome and Venice 9/1 - 9/6, I still don't have a confirmation. I initiated all 5 phone calls. Prestige has done nothing to book my reservation but talk. Please cancel my reservation request and refund my money. I have also filed a claim with my credit card company. On May 21, Maurice Timothy Ramierz got on the phone after the agent asked Maurice, "What should I tell her?" Maurice told me that he and the agent in Europe were taking this as their personal case and that I would have a reservation and a confirmation would be sent. He said Friday or Monday at the latest. I requested that he send the information on Thursday, May 22nd since Prestige hasn't honored any of its claims. It is Tuesday and I don't have a reservation. As a matter of fact, Kristina put me on hold for over 13 minutes with no help or resolution.

I tried to book an appointement around late November for March 21st. I was told to call back in December as Azul was not filling reqeusts yet. You can probably guess what happened next. I was put off several times in mid December and eventually was told they and Azuls no longer had a contract. I decided to settle for the Grand Pelican in Fort Lauderdale. Another property listed on the PDF Hot Spots that I was directed to by their inadequate staff . This time I was told my order was filled and I would be getting confirmation by end of day. Confirmation never came. When it finally did, it was for an entirely different property than I had requested. Would love my money back and to see these guys behind bars for ripping people off. I'm not giving up on refund and/or litigation.

It's bad ass brotha! They are so generous and stack it so high with meats, cheeses, and toppings. Not only that, the people here are extraordinarily nice. I've had 3 different people here make me a sub and they have ALL been very nice. They all stack their sandwiches and serve it with a smile. I love getting the Perry's special which is roast beef, turkey, cheese, and dressing on a big ass sandwich. I love this place, it's a perfect place to get lunch for every reason including if you love eating lunch in simple circumstances like I do.
